Mail Accounts still shows old email
I created the Zoho account with one domain and that domain has changed. I was able to change the email address and organization to the new domain. But, under Control Panel / Mail Accounts, it still shows the old domain. It also shows the old domain in the Zoho Mail inbox. Also, when I select that account, it tells me it does not have a domain based mail alias. How to I fix that account to show the correct domain
How can I add a user when "the user already exhists"
I am trying to add a user, however when I enter the user name I receive an error message that states "the user already exists". However, I've contacted my domain provider and they are not sure where the user is being used. The only DNS settings and MX settings are for Zoho.

Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account arttantra in Zoho Mail and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was shubha@arttantra.com and shuba@arttantra.com how can i rectify this? I've also mailed to support@zohomail.com haven't got any updates from them yet :|
How to add additional users after initial setup of free enterprise class email hosting
I have my own domain name and signed up to host email using the Free Enterprise Class Email Hosting. During the setup process, I added 2 users, with the intent of adding more later. Now that setup is complete, I can see where to add new groups, but not new users, when I am logged in with the admin email address. Is it possible to add new users after setup, when using the free hosting? Or do I have to delete the account and start over again, adding all users at once? Thanks!

When configuring email routing with a valid MX destination, the process fails with this message "The input passed is invalid". But the verify email is received at the destination.
Cannot delete account
I'm trying to cancel my account. I followed these steps from a Forum ticket. On Step 4 when I log back into my account, I don't see "Close Account" to click. Step 1: Delete User - Login to your account through https://mail.zoho.com >> click Control Panel (Mail & Docs) >> User Details >> delete the users one by one. not recieving emails

Superadmin secondary email id is being used as the email id

Hi, My Client - sahil@instantitr.com has made some configuration and restricted himself to one IP and he can not get back to that IP. So the admin account is locked down. Hi, I have a free email account and a custom domain but I'm not using it. I'd like to remove the domain and add a new one. However, when I try to remove the current domain, I get a message saying "Remove Mail Hosting and proceed for domain deletion". That's cool, but how do I do that? Problem adding domain name
Hi, Am new to Zoho, but like it so far. I'm trying to add my domain name to my email and attempted the CNAME update with GoDaddy yesterday, but "verification failed". Today, am trying again but the link that says "Mail Hosting" is gone on my email home page. When I went into my control panel and tried to add the domain there, it says "Internal Error Z112". Unable to access mail control panel
Hi, I signed up for Zoho today using my gmail ID (***@gmail.com) and I signed into the zoho sites section initially. Some time later I signed up for Zoho Email and used the domain that I had purchased from GoDaddy. I setup one email info@mydomain.com . I believe now I am unable to access Zoho email control panel as in system there is only one primary email ID which is info@mydomain.com. Some other account got added as my sub domain
I was helping my friend with her domain mail setting. I had also sent a reference to my friend for bonus mails. By mistake I had verified my friend's mail which has come to my domain thinking its for acknowledging for bonus mails. Now I have my friend's domain added as a sub domain and all my friend's mail is getting delivered to my id. we want it as two separate domains and two different accounts. How do i do it. Regards Rema

How do I disable a user without deleting it?
Hello Zoho community, I would like to disable a Zoho Mail account from our organization without deleting it so that CRM data of that user is not lost. Is there a way to do this? I know in CRM there's the option to do it but on the Mail Control Panel I only see the option to delete the account. The account is of an employee no longer working for us and we don't need the emails from that account, we only need to be certain that none of her CRM records will be deleted. Having difficulty with a group email
Hi all, I set up a group email for my organization, and set the membership settings to "Private." I then added several people. At least one of them got an add confirmation. However, when I send an email to the group email, no one gets the email. Additionally, when I try to change someone's role from Member to Moderator, I get this error: User(s) "[email]" may not belong to this organization, kindly check and try again With "[email]" being the email I tried to promote to Moderator. Any ideas? Thanks!
Cannot log in to control panel
