Error while processing when creating catchall account
Hello, I have been trying to setup the catchall account for two days and everytime I try to enter the configuration area for catchall or notifications, the system seem to enter in some kind of loop and after 5 seconds or so the message Error while processing! appears. That´s it.

When I try to set the "catch all" email I receive this error: Error while processing! I noticed this error last friday. What can I do to prevent this?
Alternate SMTP port
My IPS blocks port 25, 465, and 587 outbound. Is there a way to configure smtp to use an alternate port?

Hi I want my users to access webmail by using our own url; http://webmail.mydomain.com/ How do I set this up. I have created a CNAME in my dns to mail.zoho.com but when I try to access it just says 404 not found. Please advise
MX Record has been changed and we still don't receive e-mail after 48 hours.
We have imitated a transfer of e-mail server to Zoho.com. We have changed our mx record and made all the changes to our domain and updated our DNS. It has been over 48 hours and we have received NO mail. Our domain name is lawfirm4u.com. Why don’t we receive e-mails? Roger

Cannot Add User who has a Zoho Account to my Business Portal

can't add domain after deleting it
Hi, I accidentally deleted my website from the server. I then again registered it, but now I can't receive emails to my custom email Zoho account. I removed "mail hosting" and deleted the domain, and tried to add it again, but it doesn't accept it, saying to contact Zoho support: "Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support at zohomail" Any suggestions? A records point to mail server?
Mailboxes set up, waiting for MX name changes to go through. I no longer have a website under my domain name and instead of it pointing to a Network Solutions under construction site (severely lame) I was thinking I'd just like it to go straight to my web mail, but I don't know what to put in the A Name records. Alternatively is there a place to park a simple page and point at that? (I know that's out of the range of email..)

While Initial Signup I gave my full name as sarathchandran and i have tried modifying it as Sarath Balasundaram in the User profile / Super Admin name. Hi, I stupidly put "www" in front of the url I got verified. Now the "add users" setup is listing all my email addresses as example@www.in-teams.com And since it did verify that way, the system doesn't let me edit the url without the www. Help! Mitch

I've set a user up on my account but when I try to activate mail I get the error "R106:Internal Error occurs". I tried to delete the account and set it up again but it won't allow me to do this either. Have anyone got any ideas of how to get around this issue?

I have a Subdomain with 2 Users (Admin and User), the user also has an Alias. I saw that die User can login with is Primary Email and also with his Alias into his Mail-Portal. Email Forwarding not working
Hi, I'm trying to achieve a simple forwarding: help@domain.com ---> user1@domain.com, user2@domain.com Then both user1 and user2 are forwarded to their respective gmail accounts: user1@domain.com ---> user1@gmail.com This is actually not working. I've tried forwarding directly to the gmails from the help@domain.com and it works, but I still haven't found why it doesn't work when there's two forwards in a row. Any clues? Thanks!

I'm testing out the free version for my domain. I have been trying to create the account ronj but it simply won't work. There is no error message. I can create the account ron2 and it works fine. What am I doing wrong?

Zoho email migration suspended
I am trying to migrate my mailbox to Zoho, it all started well and now it won't finish / continue as the migration task is suspended due to: User mailbox size exceeded limit. Increase the mailbox size to resume migration. I have since I got this message deleted large amount of emails as well as removed stuff from DOCS ... The system is still getting me the message above. The mailbox size according the system says: 76% full.. Please, help! Thank you.
Email forwarding. Sometimes it works, sometimes not
So I've just started using Zoho to forward an old email domain to our new Google Apps domain. I've setup the needed accounts and forwarding settings, but the performance has been spotty at best. Sometimes the test emails I've sent from different accounts to the forwarded email address at Zoho get sent. Sometimes they don't. Ever. Sometimes they are delivered anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes after sending the mail. While I realize this is a free service, I can't believe the system is running as it should

It says it was completed, but it lists a lot of non-imported messages. I signed up as a new user for zoho email but am unable to add new users now.
I signed up for zoho free email. While configuring I added just one account which is also super admin. But now when I login from super admin I am unable to add users. I even tried forgot password to check if my admin email is correct. Please help

Hi, Recently, I have stopped receiving email through my Zoho mail account. I have it set up with my domain, iceixgames.com and it was working before but suddenly stopped working. User Password Change - 'Sign Out From All Devices' issue
Hi I've recently reset a user's password with the 'Sign out from all devices' box checked. It is not now possible for the user to log back in on their iphone in the outlook app, although there is no issue in outlook or via webmail with the new password. Hello when I made the field verification, very quick to answer and I ended up deleting and trying another method. But the other effect occurred, and tried to use the CNAME but could no longer check. Can I create a group that is also a user e.f. info[at]yourdomain[dot]com?
I would like to have an info[at]yourdomain[dot]com group for customers to email that get distributed to members of a group, but I would also like people to be able to respond from the info[at]yourdomain[dot]com address, not just their own. However, after setting up a group, that user name is no longer eligible for use as a user name or alias. Is there a good way to accomplish this?

Email Migration Error - Invalid CA
OK, I'm trying to migrate from my self-hosted server but I used a CA called CACert , which is not widely trusted. When I hit the go button it says it could not connect. When I investigate on the server side it reveals that the "client" (the Zoho email migrate tool) does not support the CA I use. Is there a way I can choose what CA to allow? Or maybe have CACert added?

I had to temporarily suspend access to some domain accounts but to unblock them the system prevents the receipt of messages , saying that only the paid version can perform this change . I need to unlock the account altogether, urgent! The domain with the problem is volponicorretora.com
