Migration IMAP From Outlook
I am in the process of migrating our user's email from outlook.com to zoho.com. Can I abort the process now to increase the maximum connection limit (currently it is 1), then resume from where I left off ? Currently migrating 21 accounts and 8 have completed.
Domain name already exists
I am trying to signup for email, but when I enter the domain name I registered today, it says "Domain already registered", which is impossible since I just registered it. The domain is ALTROCKLIVE.NET. I could use some help here. Any ideas?
DomainKey not authenicating

MX Records and Hostway
Hello, After setting up the emails and pointing the MX records I can send out emails, but can't receive. They bounce back, with the error message: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: jen@thefitplanet.com Technical details of permanent failure: DNS Error: Address resolution of thefitplanet.com . failed: Domain name not found I have attached a pic of how I set up the MX records in Hostway. Allowing to receive mail from my office internal smtp server
Hi Just installed zoho and using it successfully. Is it possible for zoho to accept mails from my domain, but sent through smtp server internal to my office? To put it simply, here is my situation: assuming mydomain.com and user info@mydomain.com sending to user@mydomain.com In zoho (webmail / pop / smtp ) it works perfectly. In my office, i have one machine with smtp server installed, sending mail as "info@mydomain.com" (needed for an internal application and a scanner). Mails go through successfully
Forward Zoho Email Account to Google Groups list
I created a new email address and want to forward all emails that arrive there to a google groups email list. I added a forward to the google groups email address (****@googlegroups.com) and added the zoho email address as a member to the google group. Zoho said a confirmation email was sent and I needed to click it before the forwarding would take effect. I see no confirmation email. Has anyone successfully done what I am trying to do? Any advice? I am trying to forward a copy of emails to a different URL than the one set up. For example name@1stURL.com also forwards to name@2ndURL.com. I can see where I set this up, but the control panel states 'Needs confirmation ' - how does this get confirmed? Thanks
Limitations/Restrictions of Organisation Mail Users
Hello, I want to know if we can limit the access of a email account. I want to limit access of few email accounts of my organisation where they can send and receive only internal emails i.e. emails from my organisation and to my organisation but can not send or receive email from other domains like yahoo, gmail etc. i am looking to restrict their access to internal organisation mails only. Incoming Gateway not Working?
I am using mailroute.net for filtering before mail reaches my Zoho server. There is a setting in the Control Panel to set the incoming gateway to the mailroute block of addresses in order to "lock down" the incoming mail. I set the incoming gateway to 199.89.0.0/21 which is the block for mailroute and then checked the box marked "reject mails from non-inbound ips". Problem is that I am still getting email from IP addresses outside that block. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Im trying to create "contacto@ibfestival.com" however, it does not create it, it seems to add it to the invitation list, I tried logging in with the username and password I set up but it tells me the password is wrong Hope this can be resolved soon, I was able to create "tours@ibfestival.com" without problem, so it's strange

Cannot verify domain
I am not able to verify that I own my domain. GoDaddy says it is because the nameservers are pointed to another company that is hosting my website. Should this matter?

Login Panel Not Showing
I added the domain ultraspec.co.zm to my control panel and had it verified. In my DNS I added the CNAME mail pointing to business.zoho.com. I also added the sub-domain mail.ultraspec.co.zm in my Zoho control panel. I believe these settings should have allowed http://mail.ultraspec.co.zm to return the login panel but instead I got the message: 'This page can't be displayed.' How do I progress now? I need help. Hello, I want to transfer my domain from Wordpress to Wix. After I first got a domain with Wordpress, I decided to use Zoho as email provider. Now I want to transfer to Wix, but I want to keep my email in Zoho. I am afraid that my email will become inactivated which would be a real problem for me. Whitelisted Domain management UI won't page
Part of the problem I'm having managing my org's whitelisted domains is that the paging feature (1-25, 26-50, etc.) isn't working. When I click the arrows to go between pages, it does not show the next set of entries. I know there are more than 25 because I can search and find entries that aren't in the first 25. When will this be fixed?

Throttled while editing org whitelist in Control Panel
I'm having a hard time setting up the whitelist for my org because the control panel keeps throttling my edits: I get error "Unusual activity detected from this IP. Please try again after some time." It all started with confusing UI and errors when trying to add too many domains at a time. Gmail rejected when adding account.
I am trying to add my gmail account to import to zoho. Gmail sent me an email saying that an email service had tried to login and was rejected. They are seeing the zoho request as a threat and want me to reset my password. Is there a way around this? Thanks

Hi, Is there any way to determine how much MB we have used for outgoing mail on a given day? We use SMPT and I read somewhere that it calculates such use as 5 times the actual size of the email. We will be doing some heavier email soon, and we do not want to go over limits, but we do not know how to calcualate it, or see tallies. Thanks, -Adam
user added but not showing on list
Hello, I have attempted to add email user lmc@lmcdesign.com as a regular mail user with super acct zoho@lmcdesign and get an error saying the user already exists, but it does not show on the list. I have already confirmed it is not the secondary account for the super user. Hi there, first off thank you for a superb service. I've been enjoying Zoho mail for that past few months and love it. In the past few days I have been unable to receive emails.
