My domain is verified but the it also says it isn't

Create mail account without using a name?
I want to create some standard email addresses that anyone in a department can use. Something like sales@mydomain.com, hr@mydomain.com, and so on. Is there a way to do this? If I try to add a mail account in the admin control panel, it asks for a first and last name. I could use a tongue in cheek approach, and name the sales account something like Sales Man, but I'd rather not. Any pointers?

Migrating mail from domains.live.com (outlook.com) error
I have set up the migration who lull my hosted dominos emails from outlook using pop. I believe I have the settings properly created. However, when I attemp to add the account I receive an error message - the source server rejected your username or password. I checked to see if pop was turned on the outlook.com side and it is but this hasn't changef the result. Is there something on the zoho side that is set up incorrectly?
No migration: server not reachable
Good day, I fill out the migration fields (with the web hosting data), and push "add migration". After a short second (almost immediately) a red writing appears "Server not reachable". I checked the server name and port, and they are correct (paste and copy from the hosting provider). Any idea how to proceed? Thanks Bart

Hi, I have accidentally deleted my email account joel_c@zoho.com via the control panel. I have tried signing up again using joel_c ... but it saying that username already taken, is it possible to release that user name so I can sign-up with it and start over again? Thanks, Joel Cumberland
Changing the settings of domain and zoho mail
I had signed up for zoho mail recently. As in the guide I had changed the MX records verified my domain and changed the txt record. But still It shows like this when I logged in. I can send mail but the mail cannot be received. Can anyone help me regarding this.

Hello, I am not sure if Zoho Email System can do what I am trying to do without setting up an actual Exchange Server, I have a need to block users from sending emails outside their email domain, so if a user tries to send an email or forward an email to anything outside his Org he should get a non delivery or access denied message. Is that doable with Zoho? or is there any add-on that can accomplish this need? Or any other email hosting service out there that can support this "feature" Thanks, J.

Hi, When I signed up to use your email service I used my details to sign up and our support email address as our first email box. Now the header of each support email has the name of the account holder as it is a general email address I do not wish to have a first name last name displayed how do I fix this? Keeping a copy of recived email in the original host server

I contacted support, and it's so odd, when I contacted Zoho support to ask about upgrading, they answered within minutes. When I asked about this problem, well into the next day and still no one has even replied to my email... it obviously has been overlooked. Anyway, I followed your instructions on how to verify my domain, and it doesn't work. Maybe it's because you don't have the option to submit a site for verification without the www, as I don't use that as the main choice with my domain.
Can not delete my domain
Here is the situation: I want to close my domain as the first step to close my account in zoho; I went to the "control panel" -> "domain" -> click my domain name -> "details", but i cant find the "delete domain" option; Based on the above, i am now stuck in the first step of deleting an account. No Incoming mail as well as not able to migrate mails
Outgoing mails are working fine. But the replies to same mail is not reaching. I followed allowed steps of migration. As suggested on Password Reset page, It is essential that Admin Users have 'other external email addresses' linked with their accounts in such cases of emergency. They can request the password... My question is how do I add/link my domain email with external email address. I have looked and searched everywhere. Still not found a solution. Email source info shows SPF may not me working
I am moving my corporate email hosting from the old gmail free hosted gmail to ZOHO. But a recipient of email (using google gmail) sees the following in the source file for an email that takes a long time to arrive. Received-SPF: none (google.com: mark@mydomain.net does not designate permitted sender hosts) client-ip=74.201.84.155; But I have added the spf record in my domain manager. BTW, I use Amazon Route 53. It is very resiliant when it comes to DDOS attacks.
recover accidentally deleted alias?
I accidentally deleted an email alias (just a stray click in the wrong place :-( I didn't see which one it was so I can't recreate it. Anyway to recover it, or find out which was deleted?
Migration from Gmail
Hi. I am testing your e-mail migration from Gmail to zoho mail before doing the final migration. I have setup a testuser@mydomain.com and applied this to a migration from testuser@gmail.com. Once migration is setup and I hit start it finishes immediately after and the status says "No data was found for the account"? How is that? I have approximately 5.000 e-mails in my Gmail account. How to remove First-Entered Email Policy?

Hello, I subscribed to your Standard 10GB plan and initially setup one email address for one domain. Eg. email@domain1.com Pointed MX records etc. and it works fine. Now I added and verified two more domains ( domain2.com and domain3.com ), also pointed MX records. Then I added two more emails ( email@domain2.com and email@domain3.com ) as Mailbox Aliases under: User Details > Mail Accounts So finally my Mailbox Address is email@domain1.com and other two are aliases. Duplicated emails received when sending to group and single user
