Hide deleted items
The Porject Dashboard shows deleted items. Is it possible to hide or remove these items as it's just cluttering up the space?

Is it possible to de-cypher the ReplyTo of an email notification?
Hello, I assume the ReplyTo header of a Zoho projects email notification somehow encodes a project+resource ids of what is being discussed (forum or todo item). If I am right, is it possible to de-cypher that string to get the projectId and the resourceId (message,todo,milestone)? Or, if I am wrong, is there another way to figure this out from an email notification? Thanks much

Is there a way to have the reporter receive an email with the comment when added? I'd like my bug tracking to all be handled via communication in the comments. So we can track what the process to resolution.
how to remove Project Wiki Add-On from our account?
We're overall pretty happy with Zoho Projects. However we do have one billing problem that we're hoping you can help with. Last summer, we added the Project Wiki Add-On to our Zoho Projects account. Would it be possible to view a single/multiple resources time expended on multiple projects in a single view? gantt chart is blank when I print - any ideas?
I'm not sure why this is, but when I try to print out the gantt chart, it shows the "Open Milestones" and the surrounding links, but does not print the chart itself. does anyone know why this might be adn what I can do about it?
Where are my task list templates?
I create a task list. Add tasks to it and then click "Make a Task List Template". Nothing happens. I don't know if it worked or not, but I don't know where to look to find out. Please help. If I need to make a Project Template, please tell me how to do this as well. Thanks Kim

Prasanna can you please explain again? How do these differ: open versus completed/closed versus archived? As to visibility, searchability, modifiability. I don't see a pattern. For example, when I mark a task as completed, sometimes it shows up within the show all status tasks filter; sometimes it does not. Issue with Attachments
I'm finding that my clients attach screen shots to their emails to create bugs and or tasks. If they simply paste the image into the email it doesn't come through. Naturally It needs to be added as an attachment instead of an embedded image. I'd love to see a change in this behavior, but cant think how you might do this but would be handy.

There are often times when a meeting will have to be rescheduled, cancelled or put on hold. These variations are not available with ZProjects meetings scheduling.It would be good if these variations would be provided. As is, one has no record of any of these actions--instead, one either changes the details which then become a new meeting (reschedule) or deletes it entirely (cancelled). Thanks
Restoring Wikis
Is there any way to restore Wikis if they are deleted? Additionally, are you planning on adding additional access levels? It seems like there would be a lot of use for a "read-only" access to Wikis. We post a lot of really important project info on our sites and we would like people to be able to read this information but we do not necessarily want anyone to be able to edit it.
Firefox 4.0 won't let me chat in Zoho Projects
I installed Firefox 4.0 this morning, and now when I click on team members' icons in the project Dashboard, nothing happens, no chat box appears at the bottom of the screen like normal. I opened Internet Explorer 8 and logged into the same group and was able to open a chat box for each team member even though they are offline.. I realize this means it is probably a problem with Firefox 4.0 rather than Zoho Projects, but I wanted to report it anyway in case others are thinking of downloading Firefox

I also have begun to use Zoho projects to complete projects with these partners.What is the best way to integrate Zoho and Google so that my Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Groups and Google Sites are incorporated with Zoho so that I can access all these apps within Zoho? Subscribed Calendar only shows meetings and no milestones or tasks
I tried subscribing to the calendars link available in "My Work Calendar" with Outlook and Google but only the meetings are showing up and not the milestones or tasks. Is this a bug? I thought it was supposed to include project tasks, milestones, and meetings. Please let me know. Thanks!

Can not add new replies into a Forum
When trying to add a new reply into an existing forum, the cursor does not appear, and it is not possible to write any comment at all. Sometimes, logging out and in, resolve the problem as a workaround, but sometimes don´t. In addition, when selecting an option or tab, we need to click twice in order to receive a response from the system. Can you help us?

File size limit? larger than 125?
Currently I am paying for the premium edition of zoho projects and have a problem with file size limits. I cannot upload files larger than 125mb. Is there a way to have this file size limit increased? I am using zoho projects as a way to manage video editing projects with members of our team of 20 people. Problem is 125mb is not very big when it comes to video. Maybe this is not a viable plan, im not sure yet. Thanks for the help
Bug Tracker Linking Tickets
I always get several tickets involving the same issue IE:the site is down... It would be GREAT if i could link tickets together as a single issue and notify everyone at the same time when the issue is resolved. Also adding multiple people as a reporter or CC when these issues affect an entire group/department.

Zoho Projects - New User LogIn
When a new user get invitation email from Zoho Projects, it is confusing. After a welcome message, user name is indicated as XYZ@email.com. But the real user name must be XYZ only, and not XYZ@email.com. I observed that many new users have been trapped into this trick, and cannot complete the first log in process. When I view "My Tasks" from "My Home", how can I sort all future tasks by date only without it being grouped into Projects?
