Hi, How can I search for candidates within ZohoRecruit using boolean opearators (AND, OR, NEAR), wild cards (* on stem words) and zip code based (50 miles around 20419)? Hi, The error message displayed after I click the Submit in“Applying for”webform. I also tried to test on IE 11, Chrome and Safari and all browser showed the same message. I keep running into an error when creating job orders that the client name must be less than 25 characters. In all cases, the client name is automatically populated because I've already entered the client. When I shorten the name, it creates another client, which is a duplicate. It seems like the client name field on the job order should be the same size as the client name field in the client module. Any suggestions?

Cannot add clients and candidates + REFUNDATION request
I cannot add new clients or candidates. I fill in the candidate/client form but when I click on save or save and new, the buttons will go gray and nothing is happening. I have a total of 5 users scheduled an up and running in ZohoRecruit. Does a guest count as a user and do I have to pay for that. If I wanted my client to have random access to check on candidates do I have to pay for that?

Branded resume format problem
Please see attached document with screen shots of branded resume format problem. Basically, if my settings are such that I want to maintain the original format of the resume but add a watermark or a logo and save as a doc or pdf, the original format of the resume is not maintained but altered in a not so pleasing fashion. Can you please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if this is not working as intended? I want to brand my resumes but I would like the client to see the resume as the candidates

Cannot make changes to postings?
Hi, I seem to be unable to make a change to a posting and have it actually update. If I make a change and press update, I stop receiving resumes and I cannot find the posting on Indeed, Glassdoor etc. I also have several roles that show "published" that are not actually published as I cannot find them on any job board. Contacts Module does not show "Description Information" Field
On the Contacts Module the section "Description Information" is not visible/present. On Contacts Module layout it is present and not hidden. On my setup I am using a webform where I use the Description Information field so I can not see data submitted on the "Description Information" field of the webform as it is not visible on Contact Module. A pdf file with the screenshot is attached. Please, advice. Thank you.
Issue with Candidates not showing in the Custom View
I have discovered a recurring problem with the Custom Views feature. If a Candidate is assigned to more than one job, and the top most job in the list in their record has their Status changed, the Candidate can disappear from a View until someone goes to the next Job down the list and Updates that Status just by going into the Status and not changing the Status, but only clicking Update. Please call me and I can demonstrate the problem.

Values for Activity type field
Hello, If I go to one of the predefined reports -> User Activity Report -> Activity type based report I can see that there is activity type: Candidates Status changed. When I try to customize a report and add Criteria "Activity type" is "Candidates Status changed" this value does not exist in the list of values and I would actually need it instead of Status changed, which applies also for Job Openings changes. I have my facebook and twitter accounts linked-up. I verified the permissions. However, when new jobs are added I do not see the posts reflected on my social media page(s). It seems like it was working on my account for awhile, then sort of died. Am I missing something?

When candidates and clients send me email - why doesnt it insert/record to their candidate and client page. It only appears in Zoho email. It only records my outgoing emails on the candidate and client page. I have setup Zoho Email. Please advise?
