No Admin Access
I am the creator and administrator of our ZOHO program. I have logged in as admin many times before with no problems, the latest being last week. When I tried logging in as admin today, I received an error message stating, I was not allowed to access from this machine. What's up with that? This is the machine I have always accessed it with. Does anyone know what would have changed and why I can't access it now to make changes? Thanks for any assistance.

Remove blank values from multiple select look-up fields.
Hi is there any way to clear a multi select look-up field of blank values. My drop down boxes show about 20 blank spaces before my values, does the same with check boxes. Cheers.
RSS Output range in Zoho Creator Export
Hello. I created an application to allow tracking of websites dedicated to a particular topic. I intend to allow others to keep track of sites added to it via RSS. When I go to the export data commands and extract the RSS URL into an RSS reader such as google reader(etc) I only get 25 listings, I would like people to be able to view the full list (which presently has over 130 entries) How do I enable this? Restricting Users to only certain records
Sorry for the newbie post. Is it possible to restrict the records in a table (form) that any particular user can view. For example I'd love for my consultants to be able to have a view where they search for their username which will pull up his/her record adn only his/her record- and allow the consultant to add data, edit data and upload files to this form/table. This functionality is different from what I see as the usual use of Creator: usually employees or other individuals who can see all data

How do I present as default the field value entered in the previous record?

Hi, I have a list of choices in a radio list on my form.The user can choose any of these choices and submit the form. Sometimes the user might want to input a value that isn't in the radio list. Create Pages in a form ?
I have a form that has a great deal of info needed to be collected. The information is currently divided by using the 'add notes' section, however, it is just too busy and may be daunting for the customer. I know google forms allows you to create pages so you hit a 'continue button' to move to the next section of the form, is this possible, if so how? Thanks

How to setup a form to allow input of multi-level values?
My form has a radio box group "genus" (a lookup from the genus table/form) but also needs another - "species" - that shows only the species values that are in the selected genus - i.e. that have a matching genus field in my species table/form. I guess I need an Update action script for this, using input.genus, but I cannot find out how to a) lookup the all matching species in the special table/form b) put these into a radio box group. Problem with my sub form

Hide form in database homepage
Hello all, New user/developer here. Working with Creator. I created a few lookup tables to populate lookup fields in a main form, but I don't want those lookup forms or table view to show in the 'Home' menu on the left side of the database home page. Fields Not Showing Up in Edit View
Hi all, After making some tweaks to a form, only the first seven (out of 40 or so) fields are showing up in edit view. This is a problem, because I need to edit other fields! They are still showing up on the form itself. Reloading the page, logging out and logging in, etc. haven't fixed this. Any ideas?

How do you test if a variable is Undefined, Unset, Empty, False, etc...? Do you compare to null, "", "-Select-", length() == 0? All of the above? (I sure hope not!!!) Which comparison do you use for a string field type of Single Line/Multi Line/Single Select/Multi Select?
