View criteria failure
Hi Everytime I create a new View (dublicated) my set up criterias are not working. This happens in approximately 90% of the cases. Is there a general problem with the criterias in the views? I have created 3 new Views and only the automatic created view is working when it comes to the criteria. I have to create 20 views so it would be nice if this could work without any problems. Date Filter only by month?
Greetings and thanks for a great app... So I have a default filter based on a date range, but it only applies the filter by month....I need it to list each date in the field for possible selection instead... Can this be done. Thanks
Can shared user have editable rights?
Hi I am using the ZC with 10 users at the moment! I would like that a few selected users have the possiblity to edit in some of the shared views and forms. How is that possible? I have tried to put them in as developers, but this does not seems to affect the views. BR Skouboe
Count() for datetime variables not working!!

Propegate fields from 2nd form based on information in 1st?
Is there a way (deluge script perhaps), that I can propagate fields in form 2, with information from form 1, based on information in form 2? Example: Application to track favorite books and request feedback for similar types of books. Form 1: Person would enter their name and their 5 favorite books (that they could later change). fetching multi value checkbox values
I thought this worked before but when I fetch the for a record with a multi value checkbox type field, I am returned only the first value in the string of values for that field. Is this the way its supposed to be? Should I not get a string of values back? Then I can used .contains() to see if my desired value is in the list. For example: if (thisapp.f_getUserRights(zoho.loginuser).contains("sur")) the function fetches the record and returns the string form the multi value checkbox field. But I get
create report from selected rows in a view
Hi, I'd like to be able to generate reports from selected/checked rows in a view. Here's a very simple example. We have a DB with an email address field in each record. I would like to be able to select a subset of the rows in a view, and click a button to get a text box with the email addresses, comma separated and ready to be copy-pasted into an email program. Need a way to confirm
The yellow confirmation message that flashes by on the screen when a new record is created, goes by so fast that no one sees it. I need a way to help people confirm that their data was submitted successfully. I can't find a solution. On Add--> On success won't accept an alert. On success email will only send to me. Is there a way that the user can be delivered to a web page on success, where I can tell them that their data has been entered? Any other ideas? dustylinden
Application speed
When the number of fields in a Form gets larger, the speed starts to become unbearable. I have shared my application TradeMaster with you. The most complicated Form is SKUs. In SKUs View, if I edit a record, and click update, it takes about 20 seconds for the system to return to the proper view interface. 20 seconds is really too long. Anything you can do to speed it up will mean the difference between life and death for this app in my organization. Thanks. cambridgemta

Hi! Thanks for a wonderful system. I have one Q. Is it posible to get multiple lookups? Lets say a user register with name and e-mail in one form. In an other form, the user write som feedback, and select the name from a "Lookup" list of names. The name is an Lookup to the first register form. Can I make my form so that it has several pages instead of one long form. eg I want the general information on the first page. Specific information on page 2 and 3.
Default value in look up field!

Form results partly not appear anymore in mail and in view
Hello, No results in mail/view Before my form was working well, but now some results do not appear anymore in the view and in the mail. I've put an email notification to user of the form and to myself. In the mail the missing results (5) only display the first letter of the chosen option from the lookup popup. In the view those 5 specific results aren't shown at all. Cause? Inbetween I changed a normal popup into a lookup popup and added 2 more lookup popups. However, since some results do not appear

Cross Site Scripting possible even with XSS Security High
Hi, i just discovered that the Image and probably the URL fields are vulnerable to a cross site scripting attack - even when XSS Security is set to High. Just submit the following value to the URL field of an Image field in a form: " onclick="<script>alert('Vulnerable')</script>"> when you now open the view, the script is executed and the Message "Vulnerable" is shown.
