Can't edit data

I get the error: "We are unable to fetch this data, sorry! Please note that your data is SAFE. Report this problem to support @ zohocreator . com" I have shared my application. Problem is that I can't order the view (verjaardagen) on the picklist column (Koppeling met). Also, when I try to edit a record, the picklist is empty again. I use the picklist in other records too. The picklist for them is empty too when I try to edit a record.
List View Customize Buttons
This creator is almost perfect for what I want to use it for. For me, I want to use this to make a chemical database for my research group. Everything is great, except that I wish there were a way to make a "reorder" button that I could add to the list view page. I have it set up that when a new data entry is entered, it e-mails me. But, I want to make it so a user can simply check the box of an entry and resubmit the data without changing the database. A way around this is to hit the "duplicate"
Add related records dynamically
I have an application I'm working on with multiple forms/tables that are all related to one another. Some of these forms are extremely short (one is only one field to create a list of "topics" that are shared by two different forms as imported fields). I would like to let users quickly and easily add new topics from either of the related forms, in-line with filling out the other fields. Some sort of "add new" button that asks for a new topic name and then creates a new record in the "Topics" form

set email notification freezes
Since I added a few email adresses to my form, when I now try to go in and edit these addresses (more actions, set email notification) the page freezes?? Any suggestions. I added like 10 addresses to the to and 2 in the CC column. John citation680

This this able to be done? I guess I'm just a newb with this stuff, but I love the script builder for the Forms and can't seem to find it for the Views. Is it possible? or can the script for the Views not be altered?
Creator Search Behavior
I'm having problem editing records within a searched subset of records. If I save an edit, the search criteria does not remain persistent and I'm returned to the entire set of records. This forces me to reenter the search criteria after every edit - not practical. This used to function as expected (search subset remaining after saved edits) but has not worked for almost the past month. I've have provided feedback on this and my application is shared with zoho support. Thanks - jk

Importing data from Zoho DB?
I'm setting up a contact-tracking database. I started with my contacts in MS Excel, imported them into Zoho DB. However, I'd like the forms access Creator provides. Well, I've got it about set up the way I want it. Now my question is, can I port my Zoho DB tables over to Creator, or at least link the DB tables to the Creator forms?

Get URL for uploaded file
Hi all, first of all, Zoho is so awesome! I am working on a litte application for a conference. Visitors should be able to download the latest conference programme and the organisers want to upload the updated file. So, on the webpage for visitors, I would put a fixed link to the uploaded programme in Zoho. Now everytime the organizers upload an updated version, I want Zoho to overwrite the old file record with the updated one, and the link should remain the same. Is that possible? It boils down

I'm trying to get my form to fit in the dimensions in my webpage, but the "Get Javascript Snippet" link on the embed area is nowhere to be found, and I can't seem to edit the HTML manually (it reverts all of my changes) so I really need that link. Thanks. Also, I've attached a snapshot of my problem. Do you see that gap between the left-hand tabs and the data table? I have NO idea what is going on there. :(
Fully customizable (table) view
I'd like to see a more customizable view. Which gives the ability to place the output of fields like you want. So for instance with addresses (Dutch): [Firstname] [Lastname] [Adres] [Zipcode] [City] [Country] Or whatever. So in this example, not showing the name of the fields, but only returning the values. Adding to that, it would be nice to display it in something like a table. Defining how many columns it should have. So in case of 2 columns, record 1 outputs in top left, record 2 in top right,
Input form missing.
I am working on an application and all but the first field aren't showing anymore. When I check the code it seems the page just ends at a <tr> tag and there are no closing html or body tags. Any help would be great. Thanks chris.mccreery@gmail.com
Duplicate Application feature
I'm trying to use the "duplicate application" button to make a copy of my database, and it isn't working. I click on the button and nothing happens. I have a second database that has no data in it, and the duplicate copy feature works on that one. How can I duplicate my database?
Ordering and Sorting of Views
I am really enjoying digging into the heart of Zoho Creator! It is very powerful. However, I find it incredibly unintuitive that the first records entered into a view are listed last and the last records entered listed first. Is there a forum specifically where links to sample database forms and views can be shared, and then the code that drives the form can be posted? For instance in sample database: http://creator.zoho.com/karuppuchamy/sample-application/form/163/ The dropdown displays a text field for the first and last names for each email ID selected. Form - Add URL Link
At the bottom of one of my forms, I'd like to add an URL to a site that folks could use for reference. I'm a newb to Creator, but at first glance I'm not seeing any sort of "label" field. I tried the URL field, but that seems oriented towards gathering URLS, not displaying a fixed url. The Notes field could work, but my link doesn't want to show as a link. Any ideas?
View & Form Background Color
First off- congratulations this App rocks!!! I love being able to get the view now to be seen on the same webpage as the form. The problem I am having is that the background color of both the Form and the View box cannot be changed and they show up as the same color as my website background color making it hard to read. Scripts and Opera Browser 9.24
I have tested until I am blue in the face. I cannot get Opera 9.24 to run the scripts in Creator. Firefox and IE - they work fine. Opera will display a form as long as it doesn't have a script. Even the simplest script statement stops the form from loading. Is there a workaround out there somewhere?
Edit record from other relational view
I'd like the ability to get the edit form of the relational record. So say that you have a view of all employees, and in the view you see the department (which uses a picklist from the form departments). Then there would have to be a way to directly edit the department from that employee-view. Maybe just put a pencil next to the picklist in the form and maybe also in the view (if it is displayed). (I hope this is not too confusing ;) )

When search for certain records and want to update them using the bulk edit function, it would be nice to be able to go to the next page of entries and not lose the previous entries selected for bulk edit. Thanks and we really LIKE Creator! -Dustin dmilesut

Birthday in Calandar view anually
I have a birthday field for contacts. I would like the birthdays to be seen in a calendar view. However, the calendar only supports actual 'events' on that day of that year. Is there a way to get birthdays to show up in the calendar every year?
Scheduled Email
I have a database that is for evaluating employees. Each job that they do is "graded" by another person down the line. In the past we have had a sheet of paper that was filled out, and scanned into a PDF. Then once a week we emailed everyone in the department all of the PDFs, whether or not they were their own or someone elses. I have now put this into a Creator database, and would still like to send out weekly emails to everyone with the PDFs. First, is it possible to schedule emails in Creator?

I did some fiddling about with formulas to be able to order a list on the month and day. So for a list of birthdays you can order the list - regardless of the birthyear - by bithday. This script returns: [mm]-[dd] So it makes both a two digit number! Otherwise ordering goes wrong like: 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, etc. ((((Date_field.getMonth()) / 100).round(2) + "").getSuffix(".")) + "-" + ((((Date_field.getDay()) / 100).round(2) + "").getSuffix("."))

Scripts not displayed properly in edit field
I have noticed that when reopening a formula field for editing, the script is displayed a bit different than the original. This is probably because it is cleaned for redundant code, like extra parenthesis(es(es(es)))) Anyway, this messes up the more complex scripts in a way that - even when not changing anything - it returns errors on saving again. urgent bug: hidden field not updated
Hi, I took quite a long time to figure out how this bug works, please get it debugged. In my form "Evaluation", I need users to give their ratings on certain criteria. I have dropdown fields to do that ("1-Excellent", "2-Very Good" etc). However, the record that I really want is numbers, so I created corresponding number fields so that if a user choose "1-Excellent", the hidden number field will record 1. Emails not going out
I edited the email settings on my form and now I can't get an email to go out at all. Here is what I have in the code "On Success": sendmail [ from : zoho.loginuserid to : "somebody@somewhere.com","somebodyelse@somewhereelse.com" cc : bcc : subject : "Information request from the Website" message : "This is a request for information from our website" + input.formdata ] It errors if I try to remove the quotations. In one of the reviews, there was a suggestion that relational links can be defined between tables. I would like to have a many-to-one relation between data in two tables. Can this be done?

Is there a way to display one record at a time? Is there then a way to scroll from one record to the next? Is there a way to sort the records with a primary field and also a secondary field?
