Is there a way to directly email from within Creator to all selected (filtered) records in view (without having to export the email addresses and names into xml and import in outlook)?
view not rendering properly in my blog
When I copy the iFrame code from zoho creator into my blog, it has usually rendered properly. all of a sudden in the past 12 hours it has stopped rendering the view properly. Instead of listing the data that it's supposed to, it now only renders the following: ","10665000000018111", 3)' href="javascript:void(0);" title="Change View Display">Summary ViewSummary View above where my data would normally be listed. the view renders properly when I visit Zoho Creator and the iFrame code is as it has been
public forms but only private views
how do I implement this. Otherwise anyone could guess the view urls and get a copy of the database records.

I have some data tables I download to an Excel sheet (for graphing) on a weekly basis but I would like to automate the process. Is there some way I could use RSS or JSON to get this done? I can not figure out how RSS and Json work. Is there some way I can get a feed that updates automatically? I am developing a scheduling application that I hope to deploy to my clients. I've created a basic skeleton, but I have several questions: 1) Is there a time field? If not, can time be specified as a portion of a date field? 2) Can a calendar view be customized to show appointments by time in addition to date? 3) Are recurring appointments available? I've just discovered Zoho Creator and am interested in developing professional applications with it. Are there licensing restrictions on allowing my users to access my apps? Will I be required to pay any fees? Will they? If I choose to bill them for access to the apps, does the answer change? Post to Multiple Blogs
The post to blog feature is quite nice, but it would be even nicer if you could add multiple blog accounts. Currently, you can work around the limitation by posting twice (each time to a different blog), but it would be very good if you could post to multiple sites in one action (see writetomyblog.com). Adding this would also one-up google docs, which is also limited to posting to a single blog.

Simple login for private form
If I embed an application in a web page and the user accessing is not logged into zoho creator, is there a way to redirect to a simple login form? The current method redirects to the full zoho creater web page which gets cut off in the iframe I have setup.

"type = list" data access
In an application like the example here: creator.zoho.com/sharetactics/test-list-view/ It appears that when multiple items are chosen in a Form field having type = list, the items selected are stored as a single value in a single column and then displayed in any Views defined for it concatenated by commas, e.g, "more, items". I've looked in the ZC documentation and available sample applications but have not seen information or an example on using an on submit {} block to access the selected items

Cannot rename Zoho Creator application with single quote in

Radiobuttons fail to trigger 'on change' scripts
The title pretty much says it all. Maybe I missed it in the documentation somewhere, but every radiobutton I've programmed is now consistently failing to trigger any of the on change scripts I've associated with them. Picklists work fine, which is really odd, so I have a workaround, but there are clearly some things for which radiobuttons are better. Any sense of the source of this problem? Is this new or old, and were you folks already aware of it?

Notice that the on change{} block fails to fire in Refactor5 when a different radiobutton is selected, but works fine in Refactor4 when a different picklist item is selected. Hi. In my on change{} script, if the thing selected has a description field that is not empty (!= ""), I would like to show two fields that were initially hidden in the on load{} script. Otherwise, those two hidden fields should remain hidden. Also, after a user has selected a thing without an empty description but then afterwards selects a thing with an empty description, I would again like those two fields to switch from shown to hidden. ongoing performance issue
Hi, I haven't used Creator for a while due to the very slow speed and constant pausing of the application. I thought this issue was going to be resolved with the move to the grid environment but I can't say that I have seen any significant improvement.
