list of public email templates does not appear
I just created a new contacts template. I tried to send it to myself to review, but the drop down menu which contains my templates simply shows "none" and no options are available. If I try the exact same action with any other contact in my database, the public template drop down menu appears, and the new template is among those listed. This is a new problem this morning - earlier today the drop down appeared, as it always has Pls advise and correct asap.

I am trying to make a list of different industries i have as leads. my issue is that i can only see 100 at a time and in some industries there is 100's of businesses that fall under that industry. Does anyone know how to make it see 1 of the industries at a time?

Is it possible to set a formulae field to set to the date a checkbox is checked? i.e. Checkbox A gets checked and set Field A to todays date? I had a workflow rule doing this but now I am on the free version I can't set more than 1 workflow to be active.
Moving between free and paid CRM versions
Hi all, what happens with functionality available for paid users when moving back to free edition? For example, I want to create new fields in modules - which I can do as a paid version user. But in the case I downgrade to free edition, will the previously added fields disappear? Same about roles that can be more than two in paid version. I have created a Related List for the Potentials module using a Custom Function. The Custom Function uses a "getUrl" call to Zoho Creator (outside of CRM) to retrieve XML formated data. Hi guys, Does anyone know how I can pull off data to show the job titles of my customers who bought products from me? A Report or View that lists the following data would be ideal: - Potential Name - Title - Amount - Stage - 'Closed Won' It should be fairly simple but I can't seem to find 'Title' under any of the drop-down as it seems to be referring to the fields held under 'Potentials' only and doesn't cross reference to 'Contacts' or 'Leads'. Profiles with access to Organization Settings
Just tested changing a users profile to a reduced access profile but they still seem to be able to access and edit the Organization Settings. I cant seem to see an option to deny this type of access. Am I missing something? Thanks, John

I can create an integrated task function manually in free workflow mode, but cannot create it in script builder anymore. What happened? I used to be able to do this and now it is giving me problems. Delay Approval Process
We are using a custom function to loop through the product details and set the result of the calculation on to the product record. We then want to run an approval process. Problem we're having - the approval process is being evaluated before the custom function gets done executing which means, the record never enters the approval process. There is no way to delay the evolution of the approval process nor is there a way to call the approval process via a trigger. Any thoughts on a workaround?

How can I track a field based on the number of record in another module?
Hello! I am currently on the product page, where it says "Qty in Stock". I'd like it to show a number that reflects a certain number of records in another module, say "Inventory". Records in Inventory are pages relating to the individual products. How can this be done? Thank you! James

I´m working around Zoho CRM and make some modifications and modules that fit my organization. Next week I need to decide if i bought some licences. But still I can´t know how to create a button that print some documents merged with crm fields. I don´t need to bulk, the button must combine, show and print fields of one registry. ¿Any ideas how? Hi All, I have been looking for an elegant solution as we are working with Zoho CRM to create invoices and quotes. Email automation for case fields
We use the Case module in CRM as work order tickets. We have set various auto generated emails triggers to both users, and contacts or account names. as a user, I was getting the notices until about 2 weeks ago, and then they suddenly stopped. There are 5 or 6 automation rules I am on as the administrator, and I don't get ANY of them but everyone else seems to be working fine. My email is still correct in user profile settings, and I checked my spam and junk email folders on our outlook exchange

Auto-Set Quote Stage when Converted to Sales Order / Invoice
Anyone know if it's possible to automatically set the stage of a quote when you convert it? I know when you convert it, the convert buttons disappears so you know it has been converted but it would be nice to set the stage to "Converted" or similar so you can easily glance through a list. Problem creating Lead/Potential/Account record using insertRecords api
Hello. I am having a problem implementing the insertRecords api on my website. I am using the AJAX method to Post the request, but I am getting a code 4835 error message when typing the url in my browser. I am able to successfully insert a record in the Product module, but not the Leads, Potentials or Accounts module. Why is this? What am I doing wrong? Any info would help!
