Hi, I have a lookup to contact on Lead object. I want to populate some fields from Contact object to lead fields like Contact's Account, Contact's Email etc. Any idea how to do that? In other CRM its simply possible using a formula field. I have signed up for Zoho Creator as well.
how to have a newly added function field update for exisiting records
Hi Support, I have added a function field to a system which already has more than 5000 contact records. It takes a value from a pick-single field and converts it to a number for filtering (greater than, less than etc). How can I have that field "recalc" for all existing contacts? Default is for new contacts only to have this but that's not much use to us. Thank you. Nick
Linking Events to Sales
When creating an event, it is possible to link it to one sale, but I need to be able to link to 2 sales. When I go to customization >> fields, it is possible to edit some of the fields that we have entered, but there is no way to add a field whose data type is "Lookup" which I think is what I need. Any recommendations?

Creating Application Form that updates my Zoho app
I have a mortgage brokerage and am looking to create an application form for new customers to fill out that would bring all of their data into my Zoho app, send them an email confirmation we've received it and notify the salesperson associated with this "lead". Is this possible? The main part I'm wondering about is the client filling out the form and getting that data mapped into my application (Contact/Potential). I look forward to hearing some feedback.

Why are there limits on so many things in the Enterprise Edition?
I recently signed up for the Enterprise Edition and don't understand why it places so many limits on functions. For example, we are using a Webhook to send info from our Contacts module to a third party to complete PDF forms. Zoho only allows a maximum of 10 fields to be sent via the Webhook. Why? We need just about every field to be sent. Also, we are attempting to create formula fields so that the Date of Birth field can pass to our forms in a NORMAL Standard US fashion such as MM/DD/YYYY.

Amount Field
I am creating new 'Amount' fields titled 'Recurring Revenue' and 'OneTime Revenue'. Those 2 new fields are custom functions that will be adding multiple products revenue amounts. I would like those 2 new fields to show up in the reports as replacements for 'Amount'. Any ideas? Thank you!
Option "Create Module" does not appear

I can see my forecast but when my sales guy updates his potentails to closed and won, it does not update on mine or his. any ideas. (we have pressed refresh button)

Old Professional vs. New Professional
Hello, My company is currently signed up for CRM under the "Old Professional" plan. We have maxed out at creating 60 custom fields for the potentials module (see attached). If we upgrade to "New Professional", what are the key differences and most importantly, would that allow us to create more than 60 fields in potentials?
Forecast Not responding
I have set the forecast for the month, and issued them to the reps. I can see there potential but when they close and won, it does not update the acheived module, even after pushing refresh. any ideas??

Hi Guys, I REALLY NEED THIS! My site is being hit by spammers that complete my forms with their junk and I want to block their IP address. I need help with the Contacts. I have added the contacts but I cannot get them to transfer into the accounts portion. Automatically populate an address in a potential when converting a lead?
Hello, Every time I get a new lead I fill out the address field and then, when I convert it to a potential the address only automatically populates in the contact and I have to re-enter it into the potential. The Contact is already associated with the potential at this point, however the potential does not have an address. Can any one give me a step by step of how to get the lead or contacts address to auto-fill when I convert to a potential? Thanks!

Email Template not dropping down
I have recently created an email template under the email templates but it does not show in the drop down list. To create the Template I went to - Setup - Email Templates - then I created and saved it. Since then I have professional subscription , and I pay it every month but I do not use the CRM yet, becouse customization is not finished. I do not know when we start using the CRM, maybe in months.
