How to add the subject to activities under leads. It was there before.
Somehow the titles under CRM / Leads / Open Activities changed. Essentially I am left with [ Status -- Due Date -- From -- To] when it use to be [ Subject -- Status -- Due Date -- From -- To] When I entered the task or logged a call I was able to read the subject line in the lead. Complex formula help
I am trying to create a formula for the type of event we will be hosting based off of 3 datetime fields: I need to first take out all of the time and just base it off of dates. Auto field update
Hi Is it possible to make the Status field in invoices Auto update when i make a change to the status field in sales order? For example when someone pays and i change the status in Sales order to paid is there a way that it also changes the status to paid in the invoice section without me having to remember to update both. Print Preview and Print Final
Has Zoho changed something with their print capabilities? As of last Wednesday, I am not getting the same Print Preview as before and it is ultimately not producing the same final print of a customers lead information. On a side note, we keep receiving a "Low ink/Low toner" notification since about the same time but our printer is fine on toner and ink. Could this be any contributing factor? Subtract a text field from datetimefield
I am looking to subtract a date time field from a custom text field to return a time. We have a date and time we need to be at a location ( datetime field), and each location is a different time and distance from a branch (travel time). Lookup Fields allowed per module
We are using CRM Enterprise edition and in customising a module I need to use way more than 5 Lookup fields in one module, I have customised one module to contain a tyre register now I need to link each of those tires to positions on a vehicle and in some cases that would mean a lookup of over 22 fields. Is it possible to convert an existing field to a different type of field? I created one that is a pick list, and I want it to be a mutliselect pick list. Is it possible to just convert the existing field, or do I need to start all over with a new custom field and manually transfer everything?

Force Sync with Google Calendar and Team Support
I see that others have asked this question but there haven't been any answers. I need to know how to force Zoho CRM to start a sync and/or where do I set the frequency of syncing? Convert function between custom modules or something similar?
I created a custom module called Professores (teachers), similar to Contatos (contacts). Eventually we get contacts of people who are likely to become teachers at our school and so I thought how interesting it would be if it were possible to include the function of the Converter items of Contatos (contacts) to module Professores (teachers), just as occurs with Leads and Contacts. Is there a way to include the Convert function between custom modules or something similar?

Hi, I'm trying to create a pick list for UK counties - it'll have things in it like West Yorkshire, West Midlands etc and when I try to save it, it's telling me there are dupes. I'm putting each value on a new line but it doesn't seem to like having the same word in any of the descriptors. Help please. Include uploaded files in e-mail template macro
Is it possible to create a macro that, upon selection, will send an e-mail template to a customer, which will include a pre-written message as well as one or two attachments. The attachments will be different for each customer, so the macro would have to include the e-mails uploaded to that particular contacts page. How do I display Account Names for "Contacts" in my Campaigns Module?
When I add Leads to a Campaign their Company Name shows up next to the Lead Name in the Leads list. However, when I add a Contact to the campaign, only the name shows up. The name of the company they work for (the Account name) is not listed. How do I get Account Name to show up in the Contacts list? Seems strange this isn't available by default...
