Thanks so much for the CRM. But I do have a problem when importing or adding products and when entering invoices. The unit price and the stock quantity and not reflecting on the invoice. May I know where I would have gone wrong. I followed all procedures and tried for hours and it did not seem to work while two days ago everything was working fine. Please help. Software product license number with Customer

PDF attachments not opened
I ge the following message when I try to open a file "Adobe Reader could not open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged" Please let me know what the issue is as I am having more issues with accessing files from ZOHO after I upload them as attachments. Backup Zoho CRM DB?
Is there a way to backup all of the data that is now in Zoho CRM? We are consolidating all of our info into Zoho and just would like to have a backup just in case. Quotes
Hi, I'm so impressed with CRM and so disapointed that quotes print out so poorly. A signature line (underscores) print as quotes, rules don't line up. You can't use paragraphs in the terms and conditions. The quote is a critical document. When I last contacted you, you said this would be addressed in the September update. I don't see it. Surely, others are concerned with this. mtinney
Invoice Template
Each way we try to customize our invoice template we run into some kind of issue. For instance: we made one template that looked decent , but the PDF came up with too much space at the top. Do you have any invoice templates that look professional we could use? We prefer to use Zoho for everything and stay away from QuickBooks. Sean Wade

Product Qty & Unit Price in Quote
I have entered all my products in Zoho CRM and got everything working great. I have been entering some quote info in tonight and when I did a lookup for a product to enter into a quote, the Qty available and the Unit Price did not pre-populate in the quote page. Mass email template and Microsoft Publisher
How can I use a mass e-mail template (newsletter) created with Microsoft Publisher as the main template for new Zoho Newsletter mass e-mailing? Is there any chance to use such a template and not to create a new one with Template set-up in Zoho? Just to import it in main e-mail body.

When I go to Subscriptions to activate the Outlook Add- in it tells me I am trying to activate the add-in "for more users which exceeds my license limit." Tasks and Events Report still borked
Greetings, The task and event reports are still borked. three columns xyz data from column y spills over to column x. If the description is more than a few 100 chars. the text runs out of the column. Please fix this. Thank you! Dennis Daniels

Error in "icons" (images)
Hi, in several views my Zoho Crm has an error with icons: some of them aren't displayed. It seems like the system search for them in my company web site (www.mycompanywebsite.it) and not in the correct URL (crm.zoho.com/crm/images/...). help can't access activities (tasks views bug)
i've created a new view with a contact criteria since then each time i click on the activities tab it opens the same page inside the previous tab endlessly (see screenshot attached), i can't access my views of my activities, also in the setup you can manage views for every tabs/objects but not for activities (tasks and events)... i tried in firefox, IE 6&7, and on different computers... what can i do beside crying??? do i need to start a new zoho CRM or is there a way to fix it??? Creating task over 100 days Out
I went to the workflow section in CRM and setup several tasks that auto-generate when we create Quotes, Sales Orders, etc... I wanted to create one for Invoicing also to create a task that notifies us to send out another Invoice 365 days from now. Our service has an yearly bill cycle to it and wanted to do this so that we don't forget to invoice customers again. When I went to put in 365 in the Workflow Task Days Box, it only allowed 2 digits. Signature stopped working

Problem importing date field
Hi there, I have created several custom fields in the Leads Section , one of which is called "Last Action Date". Now I am trying to import data from my csv file. Originally I h Zoho CRM warns me that the date has to be in MM/dd/YYYY format for the imports to be succesful. I've made sure that it is so....but my date field does not import. Working out of Asia the addresses usually requires 2 or 3 lines to be correct, I have added for example Billing address 2 and Billing address 3 to the account information, however when I create a new contact I have to manually fill in both lines on the contacts Mailing address, it is not automatically updated. Help..... I need to export a report (from my Zoho Contacts) with the first name field. I use the file for our monthly eNewsletter. The "First Name" field is used to personalize the eNewsletter. Auto reply on Web to Case
Hello, The auto reply feature on web to case does not aloow you to respond with a Case number or other data relevant to the case - only what is input on the form. This creates an issue when we want our customer to know their case number immediately so both ticket systems can be in sync. calclusentropy
