Case Module --> Account Name field
Support, Hello. Adding Account name to the case module in the Q2 release was quite helpful thanks. It would be even more helpful if this field were usable on reports and work flow. As it stands i am unable to to report by client account , or kick off reminder emails to me customers. calclusentropy
Folders not showing up
I created a template-folder only visible to a certain role. But the users with that role cannot see the folder in the "email templates" part in setup, so all templates in the folder are unavailable for editing. The folder shows up when sending a mail. Any ideas? Magnus Aleksandersen

suggestion - accounts
make the account, address, description, and details of business sections on a twisty, like the rest of the page. I don't necessarily need to see that info every time. Gets tiring to always scroll down to the tasks/events/notes etc that I'm interested in. oldmarketgreensheet

Outlook Plugin problem
I just purchased and installed the Outlook plugin this morning. It worked for a few hours and then started crashing outlook. Now I can't get the Zoho bar in Outlook. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin 5 times and nothing works. Joe Overlock

Day View is Borked: time chosen is ignored

Zoho Support Module and CRM
Does Zoho plan on releasing a support module that is integrated with Zoho CRM and the Case Portion of CRM? For example, if a customer submits a case via a web page, they could check the status of that ticket? Does Zoho plan on Creating a component call Zoho Case or something of that nature? Thanks! Attach constantly used file to emails
I now have a tweaked version of the Quote Template working and it's awesome now. I am now just emailing the PDF directly from Zoho to the customer so that they can get the contract and sign it for us. There is one catch, I also attach a PDF called a "Master Services Agreement" which is a 6 page Legal Jargon and Offerings doc that does not change. I have to constantly browse for the document on my computer and when I upload it, it renames the file to D__Documents_Master_Services_Agreement.pdf because
Populate To: Field when Sending Quote via Email

We just discovered that the admins for our ZohoCRM share the same secret question! This is a BAD thing. Administrators should have their own fields in the database and not be sharing them. Please fix this immediately. Dennis Daniels

activities BUG
i've created a new view with a contact criteria since then each time i click on the activities tab the same tab popup in the old tab endlessly, i can't access my views of my activities, also in the setup you can manage views for every tabs/objects but not for activities (tasks and events)... what can i do beside crying??? borked tab order in contact data entry
We need to be able to set the tab order for data entry into all CRM forms. Please enable this ASAP as possible as having to reach for the mouse each time to edit a target field is quite annoying and a drag on productivity. thank you Dennis Dennis Daniels

"Vendors" Added to New "Lookup" Field Type?
I wanted to add a new field for my "Leads" tab called "Currently Using" and then tie that into competitor's information that I have stored in the "Vendor" tab (which I've renamed as "Vendor or Competitor"). However, when I selected "Lookup" as the Field Type, "Vendors" is not available as a "Lookup Type." Is there anything I can do to get this added? Thanks! Kris Thomason

BUG! - Opp View Contact Last Name Only
We have a custom view in "Opportunities" that displays among other things, the contact associated with the Opp. Recently (as in the last couple days) we noticed two problems with this column: 1. The column header says "Opportunity Name" instead of "Contact Name" 2. The column only displays the last name of the contact, and it is not "clickable" as it used to be. Looks like there might be some field mapping that is off or something. At least we know that the second column labeled "Opportunity Name"

Rename Additional User ID
Hi I made mistake while adding user name/id under my accounts. Instead using our domain name for the email, I entered totally different domain name which is I don't owned. Why it could happen? Our company name contain two word and our domain name is the combination of those two words. But I accidentally use the first word as the user domain name which is I'm not the owner of the domain. Could you help me with this situation? My suggestion for the future is to have the additional user to activated
How to create Contact independent Activities

Sales Order View Page - No more "Contact" data.
I am in the Sales Order View page (summary page showing all records) and ever since the mainenance the "Contact Name" column has been completely blank on all existing and new sales orders I create. Even though when I click on the order I see the Contact name added to the record, it still does not show in the view area. It also does not pick up the Contact name in my Inventory templates. Why is this happening? I really need the column filled in with the names and I can't create reports by name either.

Create Users - don't recieve emails with passwords
We have just started using ZOHO CRM and it looks good. However, I have added 2 employees through the admin (users). They never received the activation/password email. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Without their passwords, they have no way of logging into ZOHO CRM and thus this is useless to us. Please help, thanks!
Login Name (ZOHO ID)/Password: What were you thinking?
Hi, last week, I created a ZOHO CRM account, only to find me locked out a few days later. After typing in the CORRECT email address (I'll get to that later) and the CORRECT password, I got the message "Invalid ZOHO ID / password". I know 100% sure that login and password were correct. Great. So I had a new password sent to me and when I tried to change this mnemonic wonder of "IdPzHWAl" back to the password I had set up before, I got the completely inaccurate error message "Old Password is incorrect."

big mistake - translation of first name/last name
i'm a french user, in the translation in french "last name" and "first name" are switched position, for "last name" translation is "nom" (not "prénom" which is "first name") and so for "first name" it's "prénom" (not "nom" which is "last name"), the mistake has been done everywhere in the contact but also in the setup (for users) as well as the leads, please be aware of it and thank you for your great crm, sincerely seb Sébastien JAFFRE
Quote Print Issues
After creating a quote and then viewing in print or .pdf Zoho shows the product code to be the same for the first two lines, however shows the correct description for the products. It appears to push down the remaining product codes to the next lines so that all the product codes are wrong. I have double checked the individual products to make sure that they are correct and they are. If you edit the quote then everything is fine it is just a problem in print or .pdf view. Please help
