Hi Could I make some changes to the web form code to receive Danish characters into the Zoho CRM? The import and the search functions seems not to be able to handle the Danish, Swedish and German charaters. Do you have plans to change this in the future? Bjarne Ravn

I am trying to create a summary trend report that will groups sales by Month, Quarter, and/or Year. Is this functionality currently in Zoho, or will it be available in an upcoming release? No other CRM package has an easy migration process to allow current (and unhappy) users of MS Business Contact Manager to take a .BCM Back up file and just migrate it to another system. If you can do this, the opportunities to add users increases dramtically
Write a letter or an offer for a contact?

Problmes with outllok Plug-in

Make webform fields required

Several issues
Hi, 1. I cannot delete inactive users. How to do that? 2. When an autoreply is sent from a user the CRM ID is used from that user instead of the mail address of that user. Is that correct? 3. I have a contact with mail a@b.com. Now this contact generates a case via web and enters the same mail address a@b.com. Variable size sku items - invoice feature
I sell a variable size product ranging from 1 foot x 1 foot to 20 feet x 100 feet and all sizes in between. The program we now have allows us to enter ______feet x ________feet and the program figures the total square area. For example the invoice would read... 2 each of 3 Widgets 54" x 92" $43.00 each $215.00 total Can or will Zoho be able to do this or how might I set up using your existing tools?

Issue for creating links to other websites or files in Notes
Hi, i just wanted to report this problem, i recently tried to import notes from sugarCRM, with links and, it's impossible to create links to other websites. Actually it's not impossible but it creates a lot of problems between Notes and Open Activites, mainly problems of shape. Because the two ways i used to create links were <a href=' ....'></a> and <a href=" ...."></a> in both cases there were problems, I'm done, it was just to underline this fact, because sometimes it's useful to add links in
lead source fields

one company with multiple locations
i have some leads which have one headquarters and numerous stores. I would like to have all the address data in zoho, but use the headquarters as a container for the information. so if i would have some company in the lead stage i would like to have one main company page, with associated locations is this possible?

Resetting Calendar

Sync Calendar greyed out in Outlook toolbar
I'm currently trialling Zoho CRM for my business as a replacement for Netsuite, which is much more expensive and nowhere near as customisable as Zoho. Well done on a fantastic product for small businesses. I've enabled the Outlook Plugin 15 day trial and installed the plugin. I can login into Zoho CRM from the Outlook toolbar and I can add a Case to Zoho contacts, but Sync Contacts, Sync Tasks and Sync Calendar are greyed out so I can't use them. What am I doing wrong.
Web to lead submit form not working sometimes
Sometimes when I submit web to lead form, instead of showing standard Thank you page on my site, it shows ZOHO CRM page. Once I also got "Login expired. Relogin" page as well. Has anyone seen this? Send email from outlook and attach it to ZOHO Contact
When you send email from outlook, is there a way to attach it to ZOHO contact at the same time? The only 2 options I found so far are 1. Send email from ZOHO contact (this was it will be associated with the contact) OR 2. Send email from outlook and than attach it later from Sent folder. Zoho Reports
I think your product has great features. However, I must say I am very frustrated because I can't seem to create a report that shows EVERYTHING I have done with a lead. I can't get one report to include: the lead's company name, and the dates of all tasks, all events, and all emails. I have been trying to report my activities back to my company and just can't get the reports I need. Despite your good value, I am thinking I may need to switch. .pdf naming format
Please correct .pdf attachment naming format. when I attach a .pdf/document from my computer to email out thru zoho it uses the naming convention of "mapping location" on my computer thus giving an awkward looking attachment name. please help thank you Jocelyn Superales

SALES ORDER PRODUCT SECTION NOT PRINTING
