Conditional data entry sections
It would be good if we can have data entry in areas CONDITIONAL on a field, eg boolean field, ie: Does he have a CAR: YES / NO If YES - open this section up: - What model - What colour - ETC IF NO - open this section up: - Why does he not have a car This way we can ask many questions, without clogging the interface too greatly. GUI
Whilst it is nice that we can change the colour (with the skins) and overall the GUI is simple and clean, I feel it does not allow the best use of screen real estate. I understand there is the issue of managing different screen resolutions, but there should be the flexibility to increase the amount of information visible on the screen, by: - decreasing space between fields - changing fonts - allow three (or more) columns - etc Thoughts and suggestions? this sucks, employees can see invoices no matter what!
maybe i'm trying to implement this wrong, but why would an employee get to how much money the company made on his sale. he will get his cut, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to turn off the ability for certain users to SEE the invoices. The ONLY thing i want employees to be able to do, is generate leads, and check off tasks...why can't i do that? rgranholm

campaign import of csv data
i was finally able to resolve an error when importing campaign data from a csv file, the date fields must be formatted as yyyy-mm-dd, any other date format i tried was simply omitted from the import results and did not display in the fields alex.work.email

Importing of contacts

Invalid ZOHO ID / password
Hey, I found this to be rather daunting... I logged in with my regular Zoho ID but it gives me the "Invalid ZOHO ID / password" error. I tried having the password e-mailed to me thinking that I had done something wrong - but it says that none of the questions are "valid" for me. I'm not even sure this is a "problem" but I would think that because they are both Zoho sites that the user names would be interchangeable?! Please help!
Importing Records
I'm trying to import leads into Zoho CRM...the system says it is "importing records", however, nothing happens...just stalls on this process. There is only 250 records in both the XLS and CSV file that I have tried to import. Furthermore, I'm only trying to import 2 fields, first name, and email...I'm assuming this is ok? Thanks, David

Hi, I have some issues with the Outlook Plugin. When I sync contacts, it shows me this message: "Error while deleting contacts in outlook". Every time I sync contacts, it adds in my Outlook the same new contacts as the last time and I have 2 or more Outlook contacts for every new Zoho contact. It seems like it doesn't sync good. A huge value add feature would be to have a donwloadab le memory resident app that automitcally keeps dialing records selected based on critera and recording the reulsts. Example: 1. Select lead criteria 2. Click dial button 3. Record 1 comes up with a pop up screen asking results of call 4. Results of call recorded. 5. Next call record comes up and auto dieals asking for resujlts. I can gtell you more if this suggesgtion is unclear but tghis thype of app would be a major help to telelmarketing.

Hi I think this looks terrific - as a former user of salesforce it looks just as good. If I want to have certain clients look at their own leads (we are mortgage brokers) can we securely ensure that they are only able to look at their own records?
