Upgraded to Win 10 and CRM outlook plugin isn't working
I have updated to Win 10 and have outlook 2007. Each time I try to install CRM outlook plugin nothing happens. I am thinking that it is installing in Windows Old not new. Please could you advise where I need to install to get this working? Or if that isn't the problem can you advise how to fix it? Many thanks

Exporting csv data in unicode
While trying to export my data in Hebrew to a csv file i only get sort of unsupported symbols: "׳ ׳§׳•׳— ׳§׳™׳™׳ " an so on. Is it possible that you don't support unicode? Is there any workaround to exporting my data?
How to create a List view for Leads Module to show only those Leads that are also converted into potentials, in Zoho CRM?
Hi, I am working on list views of Leads module. Here I got a view showing Leads that have been converted to Accounts, Contacts, And/OR potentials. Now I want to create a view in Leads module to get all the converted Leads that are also converted into Potentials. Means I want to get all the leads in this view that are converted into Accounts, Contacts, and Potentials. How can I do this? Is it possible in zoho crm or not? Any help will be appreciated.
How to delete leads waiting for approval?
When I go through my list of leads waiting for approval (Approve Leads) some are from spammers. There is no delete button in the new UI to get rid of dud enquiries. Please remedy this or advise how I can delete.

I started using Adobe Sign to digitally sign documents through Zoho CRM, cool feature. However I need to push certain general parameters into the plugin, can't seem to do it through Zoho or Adobe Sign. Outlook plugin error
Hi there, Our CRM users with the Outlook plugin are continually getting this pop-up in their Outlook: The pop-up is quite annoying and occurs anytime a user clicks on an email. We've also noticed Outlook takes longer to load up with the plugin installed, and the side pane doesn't always remember credentials.

Is there documentation on how/when the event responses (Invited, Going, Maybe) are processed? Should responses sent from Google calendar display within the participant section of a Zoho CRM event? From their Google Calendar the organizer can see who's accepted the event but in Zoho CRM only responses from people that have accepted through Zoho CRM are appearing. Thanks

Hello, we are a small company with 2 people since 2 months. I'm the manager and i have 1 employee. I used Zoho CRM for all my accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc... Now my employee starts and i have created a second user access for him into our company page. He received his login and password. So no problem. Using Generic Emails
Our contacts often use generic emails for their position, but the contact name changes every year. How can I update the contact info without getting the hard stop error "Duplicate values are not allowed. An existing lead with the same Email has been found."? We want to retain the old contact info, but ADD the new info also.

API Error with % in string
I had to remove % from a value when updating a multi-line field in account otherwise I got an error.I tried to escape it but that didn't work. The error is: code:4600 message:Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate for the "xmlData" parameter. Is this an XML restriction or a Zoho restriction and how do I add a value with a % in it? Thanks Glenn
How to search contact description and export?
Haven't really used Zoho in a long time, but I'm trying to do something that used to be fairly simple but I can't figure out how to do it in the new UI. I want to get a list that I can export of all contacts where the description contains a keyword. A few options I've tried, from easiest to hardest. 1) A global search finds all the contacts with that word (great!), but I can only view 10 contacts at a time and no way to export all the contacts matching the search (bad!) 2) Go to the contacts module

Import Note Module file
Hi team! For a client of mine I transferred some records from Account Module to Lead Module by an export-import operation. Some of these ex Accounts was linked with Notes. I analized the laest backup files (Account, Contact, Note) but I didn't understand how Note data are correlated with Account data: I thougth that Parent ID data in Note file could be present in Account data, but it's not so. I'd like to know how data are correlated between Note and Account in order to modify the Account codes

Plugin CRM for Outlook does not appear
Hi First : I have installed The Zoho CRM plugin for outlook (Office 365 ProPlus), and I have a problem when I Open Outlook, the Plugin does not word, I must check all time the "Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook - Addin" What can I do for this one ?
