Can I disbale/override wild card search on searchRecords API call
I am trying to query our Zoho accounts by a field called account number that we store load as an integer id. When I ask for account number 5 I am getting back 5,51,502,5001... due to it being a wild card search. Can I pass something into the call that turns off wild card search? I want to get back the records that are account number 5; don't want all the others where account number contains 5. We all have different forms to fill out with contact or leads info and most of us already have PDF forms to support these forms. I think Zoho should implement a feature that enables us to fill those dynamic PDF with in Zoho CRM of any other Zoho service for that mater. I just created about 30 custom fields with custom data types in my leads module. Is it possible to import those same custom fields and data types into the other modules instead of PAINFULLY recreating them in each one?
Cannot attach files within CRM
On the CRM Prospects tab, once I have opened the page for a specific prospect I usually have no problems uploading documents under the attachment section, but today I have not been able to upload anything. I click on "desktop", choose the file I want to upload, click "attach", but then nothing happens. My coworkers are having the same problem. Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?
Can you print your leads on the free edition?

This seems to be a common issue and we have not had emails since yesterday. We have had to resort to Outlook. When I say we, all of our staff here at DASH Engineering. Live chats with Zoho staff....have not been available since yesterday. Our subscription is up for renewal on 3 December. Very disappointing.

Unable to get onto free version -
Hi, I meant to sign up for the free version.. I seem to be on a trial of the enterprise version. Each time I try to select the free version instead, it takes me through a loop of pages to just sign in again.. and then it tell me that I'm on the trial subscription. Is there any way to deal with this? or is it possible to just delete my account and start again if that might be easiest?

Logging Sent Emails
I'm testing Zoho CRM and have come across an issue I can't find any information about. If I open a contact: under the contact information their email address is listed. If I click on the email address at this location it opens my Outlook to send an email. That part is great but it does not log this as a sent email. If I scroll further down the contact information to the "Emails" area, there is a link that shows "send mail" If I click on this it opens a window within ZOHO for sending the email.

Non Google Apps Email Sync
We want to sync our incoming / outgoing emails through Zoho but don't have Google Apps. We do however have a gmail account but not Google Apps. Is that still possible?
Not Saving
Why is it sometimes that i do a whole invoice/quote/purchase order etc, then it will not save. I have to get out of it and do it on our old system. Why wont these save. For example - i did a purchase order today, saved it, then went in to edit it and it would not save.

I had a message keep coming up on my purchase order saying: something like "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs", but i ticked the box and now am having all sorts of difficulties - like not be able to save, delete etc. Is there a way i can untick this option.

I have a subset of Accounts I want to track all activities and notes across. It seems like campaigns only allows to add leads and contacts? A potential is for a single account? Stop sales people contacting the same lead
I've got two sales people working in Zoho CRM, using the Leads module to contact prospects. We have created two campaigns and added the leads to them. However, it is possible that some of the same leads will be in both campaigns. I don't want those leads to be contacted twice. Is there anyway to use Campaigns to filter leads? I tried a custom view but this does not work. We could do it with a custom field but this is a manual process so likely to fail. Does anyone have any ideas on how to automate

I'm interested in creating an email lead form template which will be emailed out to prospective leads requesting that they complete a know your customer (KYC) form which can be automatically imported into Zoho so that I can utilize an automated contact approach for my initial contact for all clients. How to find and edit multiple leads which are linked to campaign
Hi, I added leads to a Direct mail campaign i am running. I have created the campaign and then add the leads via Campaign > Add existing leads. If i go into one of the assigned leads i see the campaign. Now i want to print adress labels for these leads but i cannot find a filter which gives me an overview of Leads linked to a specific campaign. Q1) is this filter not available? if not Q2) what would be the correct process to manage this? Q3) how to manage bulk changes to leads from a specific campaign

Mail Merge Template -- Showing Primary Contact merge fields in Account template
I'm trying to create what is essentially an Account profile form using a Mail Merge document attached to the Accounts module. Each account has a Primary Contact, and I would like the profiles to include this information as well as other information associated with that contact, such as e-mail address, title, etc. The Primary Contact field is a Contact Lookup Field. In the setup>>template dialogue, only the Accounts and Users fields appear. Any advice from other users who are Mail Merge ninjas?
Reporting on Sales Activity - Notes vs Call Logs
Is there any way to run a single report that captures notes & call logs from all clients and leads? This would be ideal. I find with my staff that using the "call logs" functionality is a little too complicated and the UI is strained. It is much easier to use notes for logging calls and visits to leads and contacts. I always found the wall between the distinction a little too constraining too - in our business leads and contacts are usually very interchangable and we are spending time with some subset

Zoho can not connect to my mail server
My company email is not being accessed in Zoho no problem getting my email from Outlook or WebMail but the Zoho Connection is not working, nothing has changed on my end as far as settings etc, just happened today
