How do I check/merge all leads for doubles?
All - I am cleaning up our leads. we have a couple thousand and a lot of them have doubles from previous imports. Any advice on how best to go through and figure out which ones have multiple entries? Thank you!
Web Integration - Landing Page
I am trying to implement Web Integration using Zoho CRM. I have uploaded respective forms in my web servers. The Application forms seems to be working fine as when I submit a record it gets imported to the CRM. However, its not re-directing to the respective landing page after submission of the record. For the past few days one of my support techs was complaining that he had not received any "logmailer" messages at all. Upon investigation, I have noticed that these incoming messages have all been sent / created 31 December 1969 Any way I can trace as to how this happened ? - nothing has changed on the process at all
Getting lead notes to convert to potential notes
I noticed when I convert a lead to a potential the notes I took as a lead don't port over as a potential is there a way to bring all those lead notes into the potential notes section automatically?
Contact form not rending correctly in IE9 & Helpful Tip
Hello, I am having difficultly making the contact form render correctly in IE9. Here is a screenshot of how the forms looks in Firefox, Chrome and Safari: And here in IE9: Any tips on how to correct this? Additionally, the tip that I added to the email option shows as text, where as when I preview the form within Zoho, it shows as a question mark icon with roll over text. Any tips on how to implement this change as well? Thanks!

Deactivate in Zoho Outlook Plugin
The Outlook Plugin is active in Zoho CRM. How do I deactivate it in my settings. Do too previous issues with the plugin it isn't syncing properly. It is my understanding that deactivating it will then let me reactivate it so I can have a fresh link to contacts, emails, calendar, etc...
Help: Is Not Empty Report Filter Value
Hi, I have 4 pick list fields and i don't want to see those that are empty. I have selected 4 filters on a report to not include those that are empty it still includes them them. I have selected the OR value in each of the filters i'm not sure if this is the correct way. I am using this report for a dashboard, so instead of just seeing the accounts that does have a value in there i also see the blanks and there are TWO lots of these per graph. mass update multi select list
I have my Multi Select List. I want to uncheck all fields in the list for some contacts (leave the list empty for those contacts). I can not do so using Mass update tool, because it urges me to select at least one field in the list and I want to leave all unchecked.

Cannot delete/close open activities
I could not see how to delete open activities, so I closed some of them and then deleted them from the closed activities log. Each time I did this Zoho asked me if I was sure. Affter a few it offered to stop dialogs for that screen and I thought this meant it could stop asking me if I was sure so I selected yes (or OK or something) . Since then, I cannot close any more open tasks so I have no way of deleting them. Can anyone help?

Merge Mail
I was wondering why when we send a Merge Mail Email, that Email isn't stored in zoho under the job/customer. We are working on sending out follow ups to our customers regarding completed projects. In order to make this easier on myself, I created a merge mail document, but the sent emails are not stored. Is there a way that can be remedied?

Zoho on Lead Create Webhook not invoked?
Hi, I am facing this issue for some time now. I have been trying to invoke a URL on a Lead create for which I used the automation tools Workflow and Webhook. When I use the url generated in the workflow, substitute the merge fields with values, and run in fiddler, it invokes the method on the End Point URL, hence working fine But when I create a Lead in Zoho no method invoked on the End Point URL. ZOHO CRM - changing field properties
Hello, please would you let me know how you change a field's properties without having to create a new field and delete the old one - moving all the data across or reenterring? e.g. If we originally set up a field as 20 chars and want to change it to be 30 chars, can we do this? I have a big problem with this. Its so easy to send mail to contacts using macro i zoho crm, but i see that very often my contacts dont get the mail. When i send from gmail this never happen. Managing linked emails if we ever switched CRM?
Hi everyone, just trying to future proof here. The reason I signed up for Zoho Pro is because I love how emails are automatically linked to contacts, as my users do write lots of notes but frequently miss ones. My only concern is that the emails aren't permanently linked to records, as in if you delete the email account, the records go away and so on. Subtotal Report and Grand Totals
I would like to know how to create a report that is Grouped by Account Type and just shows the Sub Total of the Potentials for the Account Type and then at the bottom has the Grand Total of all of the Potentials. I do not want a listing of each potential. We have 12 Account Types set up. So my report would just have a list of 12 entries with at Sub Total Amount for each and the Grand Total at the bottom. Cannot Edit Date and Time of Call
When I try to edit a call, it allows me to change the free text but not the date or time of the call. Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Job number does not remain the same across the modules
We use job numbers, which are auto generated, to keep track of customers in our business. I need the job number that is auto generated when a lead is created to transfer over to the potentials, contacts and accounts when the lead is converted. Right now different job numbers are being created in each module. Please help

Intelligent Mail Merge
Hi We want to send out a hard copy mail merge from contacts or leads. How do we make sure we do not send the same mailout more than once to the same contact? I am trying to find away of quickly mail merging the last weeks contacts but I cannot find away, any ideas any one?
How to change User - Role relationships if User is the Administrator and Role field is not editable?
I created my own user including Name, Last Name, Alias and Role as Administrator. Now, when I try to change the Role, the field is not editable anymore. I can change roles in other user profiles, but not in mine. How can I change that? Thanks
