Dates entered within custom date fields for Account and Contact Modules are not automatically copying?
I have customized two date fields within the Account and Contact Modules. The fields are duplicate with same names. I entered the dates within the custom fields when I added a new record within the Account Module; then I added the new contact for that record within the Contacts Module thinking that the dates would have automatically duplicated same date info in the Contacts Module. Instead I had to duplicate my efforts manually. Shouldn't the dates I entered within the custom date fields duplicate
How to link CRM Contacts to Zoho Mail

problem with mail magnet on secondary account
I have the zoho account and a gmail account setup in zoho mail. Only the zoho account emails are showing up on mail magnet. How do I get my secondary gmail account mail to show up under mail magnet. I changed the default account to my gmail account but still only the zoho account emails are listed on the mail magnet tab. How do I change this??

Hi, I would like to know where should I record my suppliers. I understand the best is in leads, but I need to create a subcategory where I can recognize the kind of supplier easily and do actions to a group of them. For example, we are a tour agency, and hotels are my suppliers. I want to write a massive mail just to hotels to tell them how we expect new season to be. I want to send this e-mail to hotels but not to freelance guides, that I also have recorded on leads. How do I manage that? Thank

I have a SERIOUS problem with the Zoho quote calculator. The total of the line items in my quote do not tally with the total that Zoho reflects As you can imagine this is SERIOUS as I have sent incorrect quotations to customers. Hello, I have many many landing pages that I would like to place the same Zoho CRM webform on. How will I tell which landing page the new lead come from?? Ideally, this is what I would like: When I recieve a new lead on CRM - I can click on it and see the URL of the page where the form is installed. Website Integration | Web to Lead form
We have multiple web to lead forms for different websites. I want to be able to know where that lead come from? Like which web form was used. I added few values in "lead source", for example Website X, Website Y, Website Z. While a lead generates from Website X then the lead source should automatically set as "Website X" but this field should not get displayed in the web form. I am very disappointed to find out that the true synchronization between ZCRM and Google Calendar has now been outsourced to a third party. The net result is that after waiting for 3 years for this to happen the only way to get true calendar sync functionality is to pay a 3rd party $120 per year. Really? Using non supported variables in inventory templates
I am trying to add the following 2 variables in the Quote Template ${Contacts.Email} ${Contacts.Phone} And I guess because they are not in the quote section of CRM, they don't allow them to be in the quote template. I just want to be able to reference the phone and email of the contact that is on the quote. I tried to add the fields to quote, but they do not dynamically link to those 2 fields. Any Ideas? Thanks! I am using Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM. It is very helpful to Sync a Customized View from CRM into a Campaign mailing list and then have the campaign's activity fed back into CRM. That said... If you copy/paste a website URL into an Website field (e.g. on an account) and it has a trailing slash, ZOHO responds with "Please enter a valid Website". A URL that has a trailing slash is valid and should be accepted by ZOHO.
100 leads/contacts per page - REALLY?
Is there a way that I can checkmark leads from different pages and send them an email? Basically, it would be creating a mailing list by selecting specific leads. It is VERY FRUSTRATING that I am supposed to create a new "View" every time I want to contact specific leads. Most of the time it is IMPOSSIBLE to even create a "View" that works for us. Grateful for any good tips!

Exporting Leads
I need to export my leads but only half of them show up when I export them. I have over 6,000 customers in my CRM but when I export it to MS Excel there are only 3000 of them showing up! I can see that the leads that won't export are in the CRM still but they will not export. Any ideas as to why I can not export these other 3,000 customers?

Zoho CRM Google Mail Plugin link to contact in Zoho?
Why does the Google Mail plugin not offer the most rudimentary feature of 'open this contact in Zoho CRM?? This would be the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for such a plugin, how have you been so poor in your usability design to miss it? Now, because I can't assign a task to another user in Zoho CRM, even with this plugin I still have to search for this contact in Zoho CRM and add the task there. Effectively making your plugin useless.

Alphabetize Pick Lists in customized filters
Hi there. Just started customizing ZOHO CRM for our business use to monitor sales progress. However, in all the filter drop down lists (Leads, reports, etc), the criteria are not in alphabetical order. Since we are using lots of custom fields, this makes it very difficult to get the customized fields we need quickly. Is there any way that these fields can be alphabetized? Thanks

changing a field's data type to help prevent record duplication? (Account Name and lookup behaviors)
Is there any way that I as an administrator in Zoho CRM can modify the Account Name field used on the Create Account screen? This stems from wanting users to have to do a lookup against existing account names, rather than just typing in a name when creating an account. I'd like to be able to do the same thing with Last Name on the Create Contact screen. I realize that ideally if a user has entered the Create Account or Create Contact screen they are correct that they need to create a new account

I have two distinctly different groups of leads and I do NOT want them to overlap. I wouldn't want an email intended for one group to go the someone in the other group. is there a way to separate the groups or label them so that they are separate and distinct groups?
