Cannot activate user
I have deactivated a user in the CRM and would like to activate him again. The user after deactivation has disappeared from the user list so I cannot click the activate button with his name. When I try to register him again it says "user with this email already exists" Anybody has an idea what I am doing wrong kind regards Michael
Last Update feature: Please add to Cases Page
As an attorney, I use the Cases page to maintain updates for my contacts (clients), so the Last update feature on the contacts page is of little value, as my staff and I put the notes and updates only in the Cases page. Please add this feature.
Outlook plugin: Add emails to Cases not just Contacts
I love the outlook plug-in to add emails to Zoho, but I have multiple cases for each contact, and want to put the email conversations with the particular case that I am referring to in the emails not just in the contact page. Please consider adding this as an opition to add email to Zoho CRM cases.
Question about updated Google Calendar Synchronization
In a recent post I read that as part of the New UI update TRUE 2-way sync between ZCRM calendar and Google calendar has been released. In previous postings I had learned that you do not need to be a Google Apps user to sync ZCRM calendar/tasks and Google Calendar/Tasks. I want to start using the new and improved Calendar Sync, but I can't find any instructions in the new help documentation to tell me how to sync with a Non-Google Apps version of Google Calendar. I really need this functionality ASAP.

modified time stamp
I'm in updating potential records with notes. To keep them organized on the front page of the potentials section I have them sorted by "Modified Time". I was hoping that whenever I appended some notes to the record that the modified time would be updated to reflect when those notes were made and then the record would drop down and I would have the next record to manage. Floating Home Tab next to "Recent Items"
I usually find myself scrolling up to get to the home tab once I am done working on a particular contact/activity. Contacts page - sort by last name possible?
The Contacts page seems to sort by first name no matter what I do. If I change the Name Format to put last name in front of first name, the last name is shown first, but they are still sorted by first name! That makes a Last Name view pretty much useless. A more normal operation (to me) would be to sort on last name rather than first, this is how most people will approach it when they are narrowing down to a name. Is there any way to sort by last name?

Zoho Inventory - Firefox memory usage goes up to 8GB
Hi, I have a CRM Quote with 300 entries and when I just load them in view mode, the memory consumption goes upto 8GB and Firefox becomes unstable. Similar behavior in IE (i.e. system is not responding) but the memory usage is not that bad as Firefox. I tried it old version as well as new version of CRM. Any idea/tips I can make it faster? Calendar events not showing in CRM
All of a sudden my calendar events are not showing up. I am using Chrome as my browser. The strange thing is that if I use a different computer with Chrome, the events are displayed. Equally odd, the new interface does show the events on my computer using Chrome. Any suggestions?

Notes in the New Version
In the New Version, is there a way to customize or change the notes section so that only the note title (or title + first few lines) shows up in the contact record, similar to how they appear in the Old Version We take very detailed notes after each discussion/meeting with our contacts and since this section now shows the entire note (unlike old version where it was the title + first few words), this section becomes very long on the page and requires more scrolling. Installation issue with MS Outlook Plugin
I am a brand new Zoho user and I can't get the MS Outlook Plugin to install. I purchased the service, enabled it in my account, downloaded the plugin, installed it on my MS Windows 7 64 bit laptop with a message saying the program installed. However, when I open MS Outlook 2010, no plugin appears and it is not on the list of Outlook addins. Needless to say, this is an inauspicious start... Please help!! Regards, Ray R.
Duplicated accounts
Hi, hope someone can help. We're noticing that Zoho CRM is duplicating accounts for us but we can't figure out ryhme or reason for it. There are accounts identical to each other, with the same information even though there is only one account with the name, appearing in call lists. Accounts opening in new windows
Hello, Last week, when we clicked on account names the accounts loaded in the same window, on Friday, they changed to opening in a new tab and today, a new window. Can anyone answer why?
