hi - great product The only thing that is stopping me from using zoho over dabbledb is the ability to have a view automatically viewable from elsewhere. For example, in dabbledb, after you have a view you can choose a show link option for the view. That link can then be embedded in a website which allows for a constantly updated website view of the data contained in the view. robjamell@hotmail.com

Outlook PLugin
I am paying $3/mo for the outlook plugin and it doesn't add attachments unless they are less than 1MB. This really sucks and almost makes zoho crm pointless for me especially since we also pay for additional storage. What's worse is that it just gives up adding emails as a lead if there is an attachment -- please tell me there is a way around this. epipheus

please add a tac to enter internet favorites--all bookmarks can be in one place and organized--include 2 columns next to bookmark---column 1 is the login info and column 2 is the password info associated with each bookmark---now all favorites are in 1 place with the visual reminder of the logon and password contact

Salutation field
I can't find where to add to the "Salutation" pick list. It doesn't appear anywhere on the contact field list in setup mode. Any suggetions? tinopaz

Dear Zoho, I just signed up for your trial CRM. Can I get Zoho sheets, Zoho mail, Zoho viewer, etc. to integrate with the Zoho CRM? I am looking for a product that will collaborate among contacts, e-mails, spreadsheets, and calendars. For example if I have a project called 8-134, I want to put it on my calendar, relate contacts to 8-134, be able to pull up any e-mails that have 8-134 in subject, etc. So if I type in 8-134, everything about that project shows up. Is that possible with Zoho? Thanks
An Activities Quota Module would be fantastic

Altho I tried to make a customized view with last name first and then first name, every view I have created defaults to "contact name" which is sorted by first name. This is a huge obstacle for me but otherwise I really like Zoho CRM. Unfortuneately, unless I can resolve this issue I can not use it. I have 15 potential users. gail

Mass mailer problem
Hi The limit of 250 mails per day is a returning pain in the ass. We have about 1000 contacts. We have split them up in different groups after products. However, form time to time some of the groups have more than 250 contacts. That means I need instantly to find ways to sort them out in even smaller groups under 250. This is anoying since we never spam our customers and only send news the the same group of contacts twice a month. I would like you to raise the limit of mass mails. A couple of month

find functionality
in most programs you can type in some information and then hit enter in a find box. In zoho this does not work. Please add this functionality, grabbing the mouse and clicking the go button works but slows down navigating zoho and makes it less likely to be used. brettthomp

Sorting lists based on user defined field
It would help a lot of we could sort our Accounts based on a user defined field. The field name is a link, but clicking it take me to another page with reports and tools. It should sort the list like it does if I click on any of the other field names in the header.r jeffreykern
Bug: error attempting to "Change Owner" for multip
I just tried to "Change Owner" for a large number of leads (probably about 30) and encountered a bug. I started by selecting the checkbox in the lead list, then clicking "Change Owner", then (on next page) selecting the new owner and clicking "Save". I was redirected to an error page. Can't edit the value of a pick list in my invoice
I have a custom field that I added to my invoices. For the last 2 years I have been able to hover my mouse over it and get the Edit link, which then allows me to choose a different value from the pick list. Starting today, the edit link no longer shows up. It does show up on the other fields. Why did this change? I hope it wasn't intentional. Thanks!

Multiple Contacts on Accounts, Sales Orders, Invoices etc
Hi Guys, I understand that N:N relationships between Contacts and Accounts, Sales Invoices etc. is not supported. This is important as CRM needs to be able to track people as they move from account to account (people changing jobs etc.) Can you tell when this will be implemented? EMail Editor in CRM templates mangles format
When you try to create an email template (to be used as part of workflow alert) in the format necessary to update a form in Zoho creator, the email editor mangles the format on re-editing. It also sticks a load of additional HTML in your last declared form field, necessitating the inclusion of a dummy field to hold this junk....zzzzzzzzzzz

slow data base processing
We have been using zoho both paid and free for a year and recently have a great deal of trouble with data entry. The system seems to get hung up and the only way to complete a transaction sometimes is to refresh the page several times and reenter to get zoho to respond. It seems really bad lately and is making the productive very difficult to use. Jus t now in trying to send this feedback the system would not respond. Joseph Liberti
Lead import partially fails (cutom fields, rollback)
Hello, I'm trying to import leads into my Zoho CRM account. The import works, except that certain fields are not imported. Initially, the import worked on the specified fields (Last Name, Company, Designation, Email, Phone, and Description). However we have a "lead date" field that I wanted to import too. So I did a Rollback on the import. Then I created a Custom Field -- I think it was called "Contact Date" and specified as a date value. My XLS file is in Excel 97-2003 format and the date field

Contact Role
Cay anybody help. Is there a way to add a "contacts role" field to the process where a prospetc is converted to an account and contact. As it is at present the field refers to what role the contact is playing in the deal process. When converted they becom a contact and I have to re-enter a role within contacts. I find that by describing what they do at the prospect conversion stage is enough and can be utilised in the contact information. This means I do not need to reenter their role description

Hi, at my home page can I change the world clock view to digital? can I add more clocks for deferent time zone? How do I save my time zone for next time . also, how can I change the colander to a Sunday is a working day format and Saturday is the rest day. Thanks
Sync Contacts with Database
Is it possible yet to sync Contacts with a database such as mysql. As an example all me leads come in from web forms in which updates a mysql database. It would be nice to be able to have a continuous sync without having to import a xls or txt file into the CRM Contacts manually

Hi, We are a small startup company and I look aftr the sales and marketing. From past 8 years i tries various CRM solutions, for salesforce automations. Some were hosted and some on our servers. But I have never came across a solutions as powerfull yet extremelyeasy to configure. We have ben using the 3 user free version for past few days as paid one is little expensive for us now and can say Zoho CRM will surpass all the online hosted CRM. My only complaint is that if someday my Inernet is not working
