Continuing to synch with outlook?
Hello, I'm a Zoho CRM subscriber and have found the Zoho service and CRM system to be ideal for my business thus far. I have paid for the Outlook plug-in which has been working perfectly and was easy to use to sync contacts. However, i've recently moved office and have a new broadband supplier....and since this time i've been unable to use the 'Sync' facility, which I usually access via my outlook. Do you have any suggestions as to what the problem may be and how I can rectify it? Thank you. m.greenhalgh
Trouble sorting contacts alphabetically

Why did Zoho get rid of decimal rounding?
http://crucifierxx.angelfire.com/ Before, when I did Kills / Deaths, the ratio would be like 4.14054458 but now it's just 4. I would love for it to be 1 decimal place like 4.1, but for some reason zoho isn't allowing us to do so. is there anyway i can go back to the old settings, where the decimal rounding was like 4.546115?
Import of leads failed
Hello, I am experiencing some difficulty with leads import; the issue is identical if I try to import "my leads" or "my organization leads", with or without lead assignment rules in place. When I go through the leads import process, I am not able to map certain fields after uploading my xls document: contact first and last name, campaign source. If I proceed and choose to accept ignoring certain columns, the upload animation bar will just stay forever, and nothing is imported at all. I did some investigation

Next Task button
Hi, I use heavily ZOHO for all the sales calls I do. I would like to have a button "Next task", so that when I have made a call for example and next action is to eventually call him back or send a confirmation email, the function of next task button would be to close the actual task and open a new task window for the same contact person. In the "working with vendors" section you write that we can send vendors a request for proposal. I am trying to determine how to issue an RFI or an RFP. I would think a modified PO might work, but I am wondering how you conceived the RFP to work? Justin

Searching Leads
In B2B sales it is my experience that we identify and qualify companies before people. In fact over the course of cold calling a company the names of the people (leads in your system) may change over time additionally if any time elapses between now and your last call to a company chances are you don't recall the persons (leads) name but you do know the company name. Problem by editing cases
Dear Support, if I edit one of my cases and after editing click on "Save", I get back a page with errors. Idon't see any graphic element, only the field names in text format and the buttons. Major Problems
We have major problems when updating accounts, add events/tasks and stuff. When going to a custom view of accounts nothing is updated, the last modified date is set to day before. When adding new tasks/events an error page is received stating that "Sorry the page you requested was not found". Please fix as soon as possible. Joakim Gerth

What are the correct field mappings from Outlook to Zoho CRM
I recently began using the Outlook sync tool to get around the 1,000 recored per import restriction. While this works nicely, I am having trouble mapping fields from Outlook into the correct Zoho fields. 1) Can we change the field mapping from Outlook to Zoho? How? 2) Will Zoho correctly identify custom field created in Outlook? 3) Will Outlook identify custom fields created in Zoho.
Note Layout
It will be nice to be able to add extra fields to the note form. Also it will be of great benefit to include hyperlinks in the note body. Pease advise if this can be done. Thanks Nibal Elsaadi

Next and Previous When Browsing a View Detail

Cannot start Postgres as a service
I just installed Zoho CRM 5 on my laptop. I followed the installation process to the point I receive the error message: "Cannot start Postgres as a service". I click ok, it finishes the installation and attempts to start the server 4-5 times and errors out again. Any suggestions to troubleshoot?

Mail list overflow?
Sending mails from Zoho CRM to a contact I have seen that the mails was not copied into the maillist under the contact. The contact has 54 mails in the list. The after the sended mails was listed again???? What happens? aquatex

Hi, We are currently using SFDC group edition and im currently checking out Zoho CRM. Still i have not received the back up files from SFDC. But through the report generation, i just tried importing the accounts. Mass email additional Criteria

I am very disappointed that the staff of Zoho don't respond to many of the posting.I myself wouldl ike to push this program to the limit and be a multi user paid subscriber. adding new user who already has a Zoho CRM ID
A guy in my company signed up for Zoho previously. He poked around, then never used it again. Now I want to add him to our Zoho CRM account. Unfortunately, it gives me a message that says: "Zoho CRM ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho CRM ID." That's because he's already got an "account" under his work emails address. The fellow I'd like to join tells me that, on his end, the system won't allow him to change the Zoho CRM ID for the account. Obviously I don't want to use a personal email
The same Email template for both Leads and Contacts
