Hi, I created a field "Industry" for my contacts. When I import contacts from an excel file, the mapping is good with good "Industry" field, BUT Zoho also associate an other industry in account, although I didn't put any industry for these accounts in my excel file...

Zoho Email combined with Zoho CRM?
Will we have the option to add the new Zoho Mail (when its released) to Zoho CRM? I am not a big fan of Outlook, but since Zoho CRM doesn't have full email functionality, I am currently using the Zoho Outlook Add-on. I'm excited about using Zoho CRM for initially managing our product and vendor information, but there is one main obstacle with regard to Purchase Orders -- there is no way to add additional information in the Product Details. That is, for each item we are ordering, we need to specify a color and size -- but there is no where to put that info. Hi All, I am pretty sure this is a feature request, but is there any way to add a calculated field to a report, which is calculated dynamically at runtime? e.g. if i have fields (columns) A, B, C, which are integers, i want to be able to add a sum on the row, which would be a new field. That is i want the sum(A:C), not the sum of the column A. Is this possible without exporting the data? Thanks in advance

stripping css styles in html mails
We sometimes send an email to a contact which is based on a html template. I have added the styles in the template and additionally link to an external style sheet. When I login as a user and send the email to a contact there is no problem and the email sends perfectly, including attached styles. However my other user logs in and wants to send the email to a contact it arrives at the destination without formatting and defaults into Times Roman etc... Hello, Maybe I'm missing something or perhaps someone can help me out. When I create a new case, sometimes Zoho CRM forces me to fill in the email address field and sometimes it doesn't, it seem to be completely erratic. I've checked the setup for cases and the email field is not marked as mandatory. Product Quantity on Invoices Sales Orders

Cannot add products
Anytime I click on New Product in the Product page, I go to the product form. I fill out the form and then hit submit. I'm then taken to a page that says Sorry, the page you have requested was not found. Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. Feature Request: Custom Views
When creating a custom view of data I would love to be able to 'SUM' a custom field, similar to the way it can be done in Creator. The business case for this is to present the view on the homepage with a 'sum' or total for a numerical field e.g. TOTAL for ALL INVOICES, or TOTAL for CUSTOM_FIELD. Is this possible?
Importing data is not working getting error
I am trying to import the files that I exported from version 5. I have been able to import 3 of the 5 files I exported. My contacts and potentials are not importing. The files are .csv and are not even a half mb. Contacts has only 300 in it and potentials is much smaller. I am attaching screenshots to show. Please help me!!! thanks, Otis
