Changes to Social Media Settings
A key change in Facebook's API effectively restricts us from pulling Wall Posts on Facebook Profiles into Zoho Support. Page posts will continue to work fine. Also, going forward you cannot search for posts(both public and network) in your Facebook account. As a result of this change (amongst a few others), we've had to do some changes to the way we handle social media profiles under the hood. Enhancement in the Lead to Potential Conversion Process
The latest update in Lead to Potential conversion process in Zoho CRM saves you a lot of manual work. Now when you convert a lead to a potential, the conversion section automatically displays the mandatory fields of the Potential module. You will not be able to save the Potential unless you enter a value for the mandatory fields. Also, some field values will get pre-populated according to the mapping configured in the Leads Conversion Mapping section. You can edit the values if you wish to change

Changes to Task Notifications
Earlier, while creating a task, it was possible to choose to notify the assignee or not. But, a consolidated overall setting seemed to make more sense practically and seemed far more convenient. In a recent update, we've moved that setting to within the Setup screen. Now, you can choose to notify assignees or not from a single option once and Zoho Support automatically remembers that option everywhere else. SSL and TLS are protocols that are used to ensure data security when sensitive data such as emails/payment info are sent across networks. However at present, SSL 3.0 has become completely insecure and obsolete. Zoho Reports - New feature rolled out on Jan 02, 2015
Copying a Table With this new feature from Zoho Reports, you can now save a copy of a table in your database. This feature will be pretty useful for cases like Backup, Copying table design etc. Click 'Save as' menu in the toolbar to save a copy of that table. You can choose to copy the table with data and/or retain the lookup columns of the original table. On copying, all formatting, formulas etc. will get retained in the new table.
