Auto-populate Preferred Name from First Name if preferred name is empty
Hi, We want to add a preferred name field to the contacts in Zoho CRM, and use it as our "default" name field when sending emails. So we can do this, we want to ensure that preferred name is always captured. I know we could do this by making it mandatory, but I'd like to prefill it with the first name if preferred name is empty. Emails to Office 365 getting filtered as junk
I have several clients that use Office 365 for email and they are all reporting that emails from me (hosted on Zoho mail) are being sent to the "Junk Email" folder. I tested and confirmed this. I checked the headers and noted that under X-Forefront-Antispam-Report, it shows CIP:135.84.80.216 ... CAT:BULK It looks like Office 365 is detecting email from that server as bulk and filtering it. Is there anyway this can be resolved or can I be moved to a different email server?
BIG FAIL in currency for plans makes Zoho Subscriptions totally useless for me.
I am totally blown away that I cannot create plans in US Dollars. We are based in Costa Rica and use Zoho books. Our base currency is the local "Colon", but we invoice all of our customers on a regular basis in Dollars. The exchange rates are all automatically accounted for via a live feed. Now, we are going to start offering English classes throughout Latin America and eventually on a global scale, but now I am told it is not possible to create plans in US Dollars. In my eyes that is a BIG FAIL.

A number of the reports generated in our CRM now contain duplicate records. I have verified that it is the exact same record appearing twice, not a duplicate or copied record. In a Potentials report, several of the reports contain multiple records that appear twice, but not all records appear twice. The data is skewed and I need resolution for this issue. Please advise.
