Error al insertar un nuevo valor en una campo de tipo lista de selección

Error al insertar un nuevo valor en una campo de tipo lista de selección

Buenas,

Estoy intentando añadir un nuevo valor a un campo tipo lista de selección y me muestra el siguiente error:
"La opción de la lista de selección que ha especificado ya existe como valor de referencia de opción que está en valores no utilizados. Especifique otra opción o elija una opción en valores no utilizados".

No sé si con anterioridad se utilizó en algún momento este valor, pero si modifico el valor de referencia sigue el mismo error, y los valores no utilizados no sé dónde modificarlos.
