It loads up very slowly. Message sending seems to fail for a while and, when it succeeds, messages are out of order.
Able to send but not receive
Hello. I am able to send emails but not receive. I verified my domain using TXT and it got verified, but then I accidently removed it when I noticed other txt records were added unrelated to my domain. Now I can't seem to "re-verify" the txt records. I also added the MX records.

There is an irritation I have found while testing the Workspace booking page. When customers use Workspace Booking Page URL, it shows the drop down with 3 resources to select from, eg 1 of 3 tables. In our particular situation it does not matter which table is selected. Customer can selects any one of the 3 tables... selects the default option, which is likely to be the first default selected choice, then moves on to select the date they require... They see the times available, in the drop down.

Has anyone (Damien Cregan?) found the best way to find the "closest"/"nearest" previous record that matches the current record without getting the "x is an empty set and values cannot be retrieved" error? We need to generate negative amounts - tax reduction in Germany
Due to the sales tax reduction in Germany, which will come into effect tomorrow, we have to make some cancellation calculations in Books and generate negative amounts. Books currently do not allow this (Message: please make sure that the total amount is greater than or equal to zero), neither as a credit note nor as a cancellation invoice. We urgently need support here what to do!!!
Widget Frame Size
I've created a widget for my app but the frame that it sits in doesn't fill the page. In the Page Builder widget height is set to auto. This seems to set the height to 700px If i change this and specify a height then this changes the frame size but I don't want to specify a fixed height, i just want it to be 100% of the container Is this a glitch or am I stuck with this?
Contacts changing in Desk
We have Contacts in Desk synched with CRM. When we send a Contact an invitation to the Support Portal, they are able to change their name, email, phone, & timezone. Info : null error after mapping to the owner
There is an error only after entering the owner name while updating/adding any record. If so, can someone kindly supply a script to accomplish this? And explain how to execute said script in Zoho CRM.I understand this may be asking a lot of the free community, but there are no custom variables involved here so I would imagine a "one script fits all" would apply. Should I expect the delays I specify in an MH Journey to work punctually?
I've set a one hour delay in a Journey. I can see that a contact entered the Journey at 1001 (screen-119) but, that screenshot also shows, it's now 1120. The 1-hour delay has long since passed and the second step of the Journey hasn;t been executed. I'm wondering if this is just slow or whether there's a different problem.

we have many external folder that our clients upload and download from, however today we cannot download from them at all, it just goes round and round in circles. The same for file share links? Is there an known issue about this?

Gmail add-on adds huge spaces in text added to notebooks
The gmail add-on is a fantastic idea especially because gmail currently has a highlighting bug and won’t let you scroll down while highlighting so you literally can’t copy paste more than a screen’s worth at a time. I love the gmail extension especially since gmail has a bug right now that prevents me from highlighting an entire email. But when the text from the email shows up in notebooks, it’s full of huge spaces randomly inserted in the text like this. It doesn’t happen with every email though. I have no idea what causes it. Changing billing and shipping state to 2 letter abbreviation picklist versus single entry (free form)
So, I contacted Support today because I want to eliminate the possibility for error or just to eliminate the potential for multiple ways of entering the billing and shipping state. The standard field is single line (manual entry). I want to just load the 2 letter abbreviation for each state and make it a picklist. Chat support says this is their current flow and thus not able to do it. This is mind-boggling. Anyone find an alternative? I removed the field, but can't delete and create my own new field.
Displaying report in public website - can't get it to work
What apparently seemed to be a fairly easy task, it's becoming a nightmare for me. I have created report with the price list of all our services. This report includes 7 fields like Service name, price, category etc... show in the image below and the list goes on... Now, what I need is to filter out things displayed on my website where I will publicly be showing our price list, but I don't want all columns to be seen. Missing Attachment
Just in the last two weeks, I have been having a large number of emails that people are sending with attachments, but there are none attached when it arrives in my inbox. They are not weird or dangerous attachments, they are just normal jpegs or PDFs but they are just not there. I have the customer send them to my other gmail account and they come through just fine. Is there something that has changed in the way ZOHO handles these attachments or is there a setting I can change to make it go back

Bug: iOS app consistently crashing on image load
I’ve created an application that calls (multiple) images to be displayed in a Notes field. Works fine on pc, but the iOS app consistently crashes upon the first load of the form once a new image has been added. Zoho Campaigns - Missing contacts from Synced list (Zoho CRM)

Font color and weight - make it darker!
While I like the functionality of Zoho, the font weight and color are a challenge to read. The light grey sans serif is popular/modern, but it seems like it was designed by folks with perfect eyes for other people with perfect eyes. Please change the font weight and color across the board to make it heavier and darker. The products I use are ZohoCRM, Zoho Sales IQ (primarily the desktop app,) and Zoho Desk. Zoho Calendar has a great weight and color and is easy to read.

Yeastar Phonebridge Integration
I have been using the trial for some days. However i am facing challenges with Zoho Phonebridge when using Yeastar S Series PBX. Phonebridge is successfully configured and enable. I can make calls from Zoho successfully. The problem is Zoho is neither keeping any record of the Outgoing Calls nor is it accepting and recording any Incoming Calls.
