There is an irritation I have found while testing the Workspace booking page.
When customers use Workspace Booking Page URL, it shows the drop down with 3 resources to select from, eg 1 of 3 tables. In our particular situation it does not matter which table is selected.
Customer can selects any one of the 3 tables... selects the default option, which is likely to be the first default selected choice, then moves on to select the date they require...
They see the times available, in the drop down. They wanted (or can only) attend in the PM. They see all PM slots are not available...no problem, they can change the the table, to see if a PM slot is available for another table... so they change the table...they see available slots change....
here comes the ooops!
The date they first selected changes back to today's date.
So they see naturally will look at availability drop down but on today's date not the date they first selected...
IF they do not notice the date change and simply press book, they may have booked on the wrong day.
Yes I know they can change, they get chance to look over the details and confirm and a chance to change, but the customer booking page has to be clear and logical, or people may not use it or cause us admin problems changing dates etc.
Still have ongoing issue with paypal payments, but I hope that is in hand.
