Portals - Where is it?
I am having difficulty finding portals? I am told it is here: Settings----->Channels----->(There is no "portals" link here?) I only see these options under Channels: Email Telephony Social Chat SalesSignals I was on 14 days trial of Enterprice CRM, and it wasn't there so I upgraded to Zoho One (30 day trial) and it's still not an option under channels. Please help!
After recent ZC Update having issues with an image field on Cellular Phone
Guys I have a form that envolves taking a picture and submiting it, after the last ZC5 update that recently rolled out my app crashes when i submit the form i dont know if somebody else has reported this, but can you please look into it, this only happens on cell phones, i can do it on the computer and its working fine, but if i enter the information on the Cell as soon as submit the app closes and kicks me out, if I don't use the Image filed it does submits correctly All this was working perfectly

Old Roles
I am currently setting up custom home pages for roles; however, old roles that have been deleted are populating my picklist. I have defined new roles which for which I need to build unique homepages as of right now, I can't do this because the old roles are showing up instead of the new roles.
The zoho Java SDK often throws exceptions
We updated our app to use version 2.0.1 of the zoho java-sdk recently. Everything was fine for a while but we are seeing quite a few ZCRMException being thrown where the exception message is 'org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: www.zohoapis.com:443 failed to respond' What is the cause of this error? It appears the Zoho server is not responding at all or it is too slow so the Apache exception is being thrown. Is there a way I can increase the Zoho receive timeout to see if that will help?
Unable to set up mail forwarding in ZOHO even after verifying domain
Hi all, I'm having trouble linking my domain to ZOHO and also to set up mail forwarding. When i set up the domain (TXT format) i get a pop up on Zoho saying "Domain Verified" however to turn on the toggle switch on to set up mail forwarding it says "Operation not permitted" - when I got to Zoho Mail control panel i get the following error "Sorry! We are unable to process your request. Please try again later." Can anyone help please? (I already contacted ZOHO support and they just give me the same

Formula Field
I'm struggling with formula field. I need to write a formula and also i need some constant values for it but i cannot assign a number to these constant values. For example; My formula is a * b = c a = input from the customer b = constant which i decide before (note: customer will not see this value) c = result how can i assign a number for my formula. All the fields i can pick is used for input from customer. Thank you for your help.
Cannot view attachments in CRM using Chrome
When using Chrome to view CRM we are suddenly unable to view attachments. This happened after a Subscriptions integration was added, which may be related. The attachments can be downloaded but not viewed. Using either Edge or IE the attachments can be viewed and downloaded. We have tried multiple computers using windows 10 and 7 and get the same results Gray browser window when trying to view an attachment in CRM using Chrome

Table of Contents Links don't work
Clicking on the table of contents links does nothing. It changes the URL but does not take the user to the relevant section of the page. If I copy the link and open a new page with it, I am also not taken to the correct part of the page, it just stays at the top. Is there a newer version that may work better? Edit: looking into this more, it seems any Headers with any special characters don't work. Commas, periods, even spaces can mess it up. Any word if the beta fixes the table of contents?

Blocked Account due to International Travel
A user in my group’s email address is blocked when she tries to log in, but in my control panel the email address is not showing in the troubleshoot section as being blocked. MX Records problem
I know this question has been asked a lot, but I still have issues. I added 24h ago the following MX records, but still get the "MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail" warning. Project associated with Deleted Client
I have 3 projects that were associated with a test client account I was using to explore the functionality of giving clients access to projects. The Client account I created has been removed (can't search in CRM to find it). But when I list projects "View by Client" the Missing Client Account appears on the list with the 3 projects listed. How can I dissasociate these projects from the dleted Client account?
SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox
I regularly receive emails in my inbox while an SPF softfail is specified in the mail header. In the settings I have indicated that they must go to the Quarantaine folder. Why doesn't that happen? Special on these emails is that the sender uses my own email address. But softfail = softfail regardless of the sender. Example off such a email is attached

E-mail password Outlook/Apple Mail not working

Since a couple of weeks (after upgrades to IOS13 and most recent Zoho version of APP) we encounter an issue on a presentations which is looped in our public space. It will run fine for say 40 minutes and then suddenly in a transition (random point in the PPT) it will go "black". Only solution is to restart the presentation and sometimes even requires rebooting the Apple TV. It actually used to run fine for hours, this is a recent event, and no significant changes were done at the slideshow/presentation

I have a group of items in a subform, In here I have a field called "Bill N°", that has the choices "1", "2", "3", "4". also there is a "Price" field for each item. What I want to do its take all the items in this subform that are in the "Bill N°" choice "1", and take all the prices in these group of items and then sum them all to get a total in another field outside the subform. Upon your customer care's advice I deactivated all the employees in my organization for plan changes and we are since awaiting further instructions from your customer care. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.
I am able to log in to zoho successfully. And it does show my home page. But within a second or two it logs me out automatically. So I am unable to check my emails.
