(1) In ZCRM Help, it says that when logging a Call, I can "Click Save, or click Save & Create Follow-up Task to save and create a follow-up task." On the Log a Call pop-up dialog, I can see "Save", but not "Save & Create Follow-up Task". This is exactly what I want to do--but where is it? (2) On the same pop-up form, there is a mandatory field: "Call Result". When I log the call, the call is recorded on the contact's record under Closed Actions.
