How frustrated are you with Zoho?
For the life of me, I can't figure out why Zoho customer service/support for their paying customers is so poor. I understand there is a language barrier but, I really don't get why the service is so bad. I have tried calling, using chat and emailing multiple times and all I get is a boilerplate response like check out our website for help.
