how do i mail merge a Zoho Document using zoho crm workflows?

how do i mail merge a Zoho Document using zoho crm workflows?

I am using Zoho Docs and have created a document there.

I am also using Zoho CRM and I have workflows there.

How do I achieve the following: at a certain point in my workflows, I would like the CRM to automatically email a Lead the above mentioned document, with certain fields in the document filled in based on information in that Lead's record. So in a nutshell, it is a mail merge but it is being run by the CRM work flow rules... how do I achieve that?
