Follow Up Message Send Time
I am setting up an autoresponder which has at least 1 follow up message. I can set it's sent time to be 7 days later, but in other areas of Zoho I can tell it to ignore certain days (e.g. weekends ) this cannot be done here. It would be good if this was

Setting up a "hot backup" server
We run Zoho Analytics On-Premise, with a license for two servers, one each in two different physical locations. We run one location "primary", with the other site serving as a "hot backup" that can be switched to if something happens to the primary site.
Can I have several email addresses as a single user instead of having to have aliases?
I have several emails from one domain such as accounts@ , info@ etc, which I personally manage. I originally set this up in a Cpanel configuration pointing to Outlook email client. since moving to zoho I cannot find a way to set the email account up in the same way as before without having to set up multiple users. I have set up several aliases, but that is playing havoc with outlook. Can you advise of any other ways to achieve my objective please? thanks

Remove options from SO Custom Field
Hi, I would like to remove some of the options in one of my custom fields for my sales orders. When i try to click save it says that "The custom field option is in use with some transaction(s) and hence, cannot be edited or deleted." Is there a way I can remove them? Or mark them as inactive so they no longer show up in the drop down?
