Select specific contacts from email campaign to follow up after opened or clicked on campaign
Is it possible from the campaign area(or any area for that matter) to send a follow up to select contacts that have opened or clicked on the campaign vs sending to everyone who opened it??
Configuring SPF for Godaddy Hosting
I get an alert message saying to update SPF and DKIM. I do not want to accidentally disrupt our email by inputting the wrong settings. Hello, we receive automated tickets from technical systems that send with a "noreply" address. It is OK that they do not receive any notifications. Unfortunately, Zoho Desk turns off all mail notifications if the contact has a "noreply" email address.

Using Analytics as Zoho One user
Hi, We are Zoho One subscribers, and we want to use Analytics across different departments. However I see that only Zoho One Super Admin (ie called Admin in Analytics) is allowed to create, import, edit Analytics workspaces and data. Users can only get a view. We need sales people and BI people to manipulate data and dashboard, but are unable as we can't share Super Admin credential with them (for security reason obviously). How to manage bounced email list
Hi, I just did my first campaign on Zoho . I had a 4% bounce rate. On further review of these email addresses, I wanted to either delete them (people changed jobs) or move them to a different list so that I do not re-send my next newsletter to them. However, there is no easy way of doing either of this from the bounce list. I can only export it.. which does not make any sense, since these are expired email contacts. The only option I have is that I print the bounced email list and go find them
