It seems the delete and rename option in unattended support is no longer available. i need to remove and rename computers and that option is no longer available??? how can I delete old computers and rename them now ???

I am trying to evaluate whether Zoho Desk, part of Zoho One, is fit for my Case Management client case. More precisely, when managing a ticket for a client, there might be a dozen third parties involved, apart from the client themselves.
