I have set up the main email account and added 4 aliases to that account. The issue I am having is that only the main account is receiving emails not the aliases? What do I need to do to make sure the alias email get set to us?
Web form in Campaigns or CRM?
Hello, We are using Zoho CRM and syncing contacts to Zoho Campaigns. I would like to initiate an email campaign from Zoho Campaigns and have it direct the user to a web form, which has an autoresponder set up when it's submitted. Is it better to set the web form up within Zoho CRM or Campaigns? If I want additional data collected on the web form to be populated in Zoho CRM, would that mean it has to use a Zoho CRM created web form? GMail not able to access Zoho poppro.zoho.com
I have setup POP3 access in my Zoho mail account to be pulled from GMail. Today, GMail is unable to pull from the POP servers on Zoho and this is the error message: "Server returned error "Bad msg size: 4 -1". This was previously working but now nothing is coming through. The POP3 section within GMail settings is notifying my this way: "Error reading mail. Mail cannot be retrieved from this account at this time." Zoho CRM-Zoho Finance Integration is associating multiple Sales Orders and Invoices
Hey Team, Issue just started today. I have Zoho Finance and Zoho CRM integrated. Today, the integration seems out of whack. All my deals, open deals and closed deals, have wrong Zoho Finance associations. In the Zoho Finance related list, it lists many Sales Orders and Invoices that should not be there. emails sent to group email adress were not forwardet to the only existing member account
Everything (I thought) was setup correctly. The group email was set up to receive emails and there was one member in it to receive them. However, after not receiving a email confirmation I double checked and it turned out the member was marked as inactive (with a grey button). WHenever I click on the button, the button turned green but as soon as I leave the page, it would turn back to grey (inactive). Now by accident I turned the group into a stream without knowing that I cannot reverse it. First

What is the best away to throw an alert when a customer types in an address that is already in the database? Prefer to do it before form submission, i.e. post entering the address into the field.

As of approx. 8 am EST today, I'm not able to forward email due to this reason: Mail forward failure - Your IP Address 136.143.188.73 is blacklisted for spamming The IP address is a ZOHO mail address. Mail forwarding was disablled due to repeat mail forward failures. I tried re-enabling it, but still get mail forward failure notice. Anyone else having this issue/any idea when it will be resolved? Create a 7 digit number from an autonumber
Hello all. I am wanting to create a serial number that is required to meet a set format. That is: XXX (preset prefix number) YYYYYYY (serial number) Z (check digit) End result looks like: XXXYYYYYYYZ I need to use a formula to return the autonumber of the record as a 7 digit number: ie: 1 -> 0000001 Can anyone help with the format for this? Address not found (MX record Issue)
Hi, I updated my MX record on my host about 1-2 hours ago. It looks fine when checking MX as you can see in the picture but in reality, it isn't since nobody could send me an email without having "Address not found" error. Anyway, i have checked the status in Domain section (In Zoho Mail) and it stated that my MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail. (Picture Below) Please help,

Hi, In a previous post, I was asking for %StatusStamp% placeholder in custom layout, which helps me a lot to check if a quotation if still in Draft status or not. Today a colleague noticed a problem. After being approved, and at the moment of sending the Quote to our client, the %StatusStamp% is still as Draft, and it is showed on the Quote... We tried to browse and play the embedded videos on different articles with the Safari browser and they are not being played back. On android devices there aren't any video playback issues. We tried this with 2 different iphone devices which have the latest version Safari browser. Hello, Is anyone else having issues with email notifications not working any more. It has been happening for about a week now. When someone responds to a ticket we have it set to notify the agent, but the notifications are no longer going to the agent. The message still shows up in the ticket.
