I have 2 forms: Members and Claims. The line below works to retrieve the status from Members, when the membership number is inputted into Claims input.Membership_Status = rec.member_membership_status; I also have First Name and Last Name fields in the Members form. Is there a similar line of code for me to retrieve and combine the First Name and Last Name fields to input into a single Name field in Claims

Olá, equipe Zoho Mail, boa tarde! Desde ontem, 28/01/19, estamos com problemas no envio e recebimento de emails. Não conseguimos receber qualquer email, assim como a grande maioria dos enviados não chega aos destinatários. Inicialmente achávamos que fosse a caixa cheia, já que estava em 95%, porém já esvaziamos até 75%, porém o problema persiste, o que tem nos afetado direta e fortemente. Precisamos de ajuda urgente!!!
Zoho Connect | List View For Manuals
Hi Support, Just a feature request for Zoho Connect. It would be great if we could switch the view of our manuals from grid view to list view. This is possible in Zoho Learn currently so we'd like it added to Zoho Connect too (see attached). It makes it much easier to see all the Connect manuals at once if they're in list view. Can I add POP3 accounts with a free account?
I just created a new free personal account and I've been unable to add POP3 external accounts. I've tried three different ones and each time I get "unable to connect to server. check your server details". Before I request help troubleshooting this, I just want to know: can I do this with my free account? I never saw anything saying I couldn't, but I'm sure I've entered everything correctly.

im totally new to this, and im setting up Zoho desk with a few Test Tickets. i am setting up reminders. some are a day Before the due date, some are ON a specific day and time. all the reminders have come and gone without any notifications. no pop-up. however, i DID get an email reminder, (the "day-before" one) but still no pop-up within Zoho. Incoming CVs overview (Approve Candidates) - it is a mess
Hello, could you please do something about the overview of received applications in the Approve Candidates section? It is a real mess at the moment, not showing to which job opening the candidate applied, when, etc. (I know the view is the same as the All Candidates view, but each of the views requires different columns). Macros and workflow conflict
I set up a workflow and a macro with the following contents: - Workflow: If certain fields are not filled in, the ticket status will be changed from Close to Open - Macro: Update status to Close When I apply the Macro, the ticket is changed to Close even though the fields specified in the workflow are still empty. No further workflow was applied to turn it back to Open. How to set up so that agent cannot close the ticket when there some fields are not filled? Thank you!

Can Zoho: Function as an office server with our own tree of file organization that people from multiple locations use to store all company related files. Be setup as a mapped drive inside my PC with INSTANT access to the files - i.e. do NOT need to first download a file to work on it. All folders and files I select long term one time (not each session) to be resident on my laptop can be worked on OFFLINE, other files not selected can only be access when online by downloading these non-synced files.

Hi guys, hope you're well.. I was trying to create chart with average price, average cost but there is a problem with the average in Zoho analytics.. Hi, I would like to use a multi-select lookup to populate another multi-select lookup: select a Unit, and automatically a Name is selected. I've created below on user input of field. Problem: everything works as planned, both when I add or remove items from the Unit field the Name field gets populated (or removed). Problem updating new row in SubForm
I have created a form that contains a SubForm. I have actions through a workflow that automatically set field values, for example: Form > Created or Edited > User input of SubForm.Frequency > Calculate Next Date if (SubForm.Frequency == "Annually") { input.SubForm.Next_Date = input.SubForm.Date.addMonth(12); } This works as intended and updates the field value for the first row entered; however, if any additional rows are added, the first row values are updated based on actions in the second row
Anchor links in form
Is it possible to add anchor links to "jump" around a form? Example: left column has anchor links Section 1, Section 2, etc. and then there are Back to Top links throughout the form. I tried inserting standard HTML anchor links in the Note field but they didn't work on my live form.
