Assign Contacts owners on import failing
I have 9300 (NEW) contacts to import from a CSV. I download import template from contacts then modify and save. i import csv from contacts module and map fields Account ID is to Account Name (Account ID) and Contact Owner ID is mapped to Contact Owner (User ID). i run import and all 9300 contacts are assigned to me. But if i just select 10 and create a new csv file and run import the contacts get assigned correctly. I repeated this several times and I cannot get all 9300 contacts assigned correctly.
GET Notes returns INTERNAL_ERROR on API v2
When I send a request to https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Notes, API returns me the next response: { "code": "INTERNAL_ERROR", "details": [], "message": "Internal Server Error", "status": "error" } Please, let me know how to fix this problem.
Campaign gone out twice

I can send emails but cannot receive emails
I have set up and linked Zoho Mail to my Shopify account. I am able to send emails from info@circleofsinsapparel.com but cannot receive emails to this address. Why is this?
Old Roles
I am currently setting up custom home pages for roles; however, old roles that have been deleted are populating my picklist. I have defined new roles which for which I need to build unique homepages as of right now, I can't do this because the old roles are showing up instead of the new roles.

The zoho Java SDK often throws exceptions
We updated our app to use version 2.0.1 of the zoho java-sdk recently. Everything was fine for a while but we are seeing quite a few ZCRMException being thrown where the exception message is 'org.apache.http.NoHttpResponseException: www.zohoapis.com:443 failed to respond' What is the cause of this error? It appears the Zoho server is not responding at all or it is too slow so the Apache exception is being thrown. Is there a way I can increase the Zoho receive timeout to see if that will help?
Poor Design Capabilities - Zoho Campaigns
I was very dissapointed with the design capabilities and template options in Zoho Campaigns. I figured afte the wonderful Canvas View option in CRM you might have some better features and layouts. Are there any plans to broaden your template library or improve design features? It's very clunky and basic right now and difficult to make a good design within. I find myself designing using other programs but then using mostly images I've imported. That does not make for a good Campaign.
Contact form from web integration - frequent use email issue
We have linked our web contact form to leads in Zoho. We have tried 2 pacahages including Zoho Mail and all works fine EXCEPT - When the same email is used multiple times, the lead does not pass through any more. You get a confirmation but it does not appear?
Change Email "Channel" without losing history
Hello, I changed companies and want to change the email address in my Zoho CRM account. I have already changed the email from my user account; however, when I go to change the email in the Email Channel, it tells me I am going to lose all historical data. Is there any way to change the integrated email without losing all historical emails?
Mass Import Items with multiple images in Zoho Inventory
Hi - I need to import hundreds of items with each item has multiples images in Zoho inventory.I have xls sheet where each item with details and respective image urls . So far I am aware it is not possible using direct import option in zoho inventory to import images as well. I don't want to go each item manually to upload images . Hey, I just want to understand something that's bugging me for roles hierarchy. According to this page (https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/role-management-introduction) different roles of the same hierarchy.... are the same role? "users of the same role cannot access each others data. For example, the VP Engineering cannot access the VP Marketing data and vice versa though they are of the same hierarchy." Unable to set up mail forwarding in ZOHO even after verifying domain

Task Management with similar Gantt Chart view for CRM?
Hi guys, Our company currently have both CRM and Projects module, but only the project team have access to Projects module. From that module, it has a powerful Task Management module along with the Gantt Chart which allows for a very good graphical summary of everyone's task. I'm just wondering if there's a similar module available for CRM? I understand that CRM has Activities but in terms of ease of viewing, Task Management is still better. Thank you

I'm struggling with formula field. I need to write a formula and also i need some constant values for it but i cannot assign a number to these constant values. For example; My formula is a * b = c a = input from the customer b = constant which i decide before (note: customer will not see this value) c = result how can i assign a number for my formula. Hello, is there any way to organize the top menu bar in zoho better by creating submenus (i.e. as drop down or as menupoints in a second navigation on the left side)? I saw the options to group modules, but it seems unpractical beaucse when im in a register, i dont see the other registers right away unless i click them. Cannot view attachments in CRM using Chrome
When using Chrome to view CRM we are suddenly unable to view attachments. This happened after a Subscriptions integration was added, which may be related. The attachments can be downloaded but not viewed. Using either Edge or IE the attachments can be viewed and downloaded. We have tried multiple computers using windows 10 and 7 and get the same results Gray browser window when trying to view an attachment in CRM using Chrome

Hello, I've talked to numerous customer service representatives and nobody has been able to help me solve this issue. I'm looking to configure flow so that when I update a status of a task in a Zoho Project to 'Feedback', an email notification will be triggered to the Project Manager. Once the project manager has reviewed the work, they would change the task status from 'Feedback' to 'Closed', and this status update will trigger a Zoho Campaign to a client. I need this same process to be achieved
Table of Contents Links don't work
Clicking on the table of contents links does nothing. It changes the URL but does not take the user to the relevant section of the page. If I copy the link and open a new page with it, I am also not taken to the correct part of the page, it just stays at the top. Is there a newer version that may work better? Edit: looking into this more, it seems any Headers with any special characters don't work. Commas, periods, even spaces can mess it up. Any word if the beta fixes the table of contents?

Contract Expiration Question
Hello, I am currently trying to create Outlook notifications for 90 and 30 days prior to a contract expiration date in Zoho Flow. I integrated the Zoho CRM app with Flow so it can use the contract expiration date from the CRM. I also integrated the Outlook app and it seems that it can be done. Is this possible to do? What I want to do is for the flow to send automatic emails when a contract expiration reaches those days prior to the expiration.
