Can See Zoho desk tickets in Account and Contact Modules Can Choose the fields which display Have 2 user defined fields I can choose to display - so know its possible Cannot find what I did for them to be on the list. How can I add Desk user defined fields to the list of fields available for display in CRM when viewing desk tickets
Does Creator have custom connections like CRM?
Hi, I've been creating scripts with CRM for a while and I realized Creator might be a more robust platform. The first I wanted to do is to create a Slack connection. Importing Subscription Preferences from Previous Platform
Hey MH Community - I am migrating marketing tools from Hubspot to Zoho MarketingHub. Is there a way to import email subscription preferences from Hubspot (or any tool)? For example, a user unsubscribed from marketing emails, but still wants product updates. Is there a way to preserve those preferences in Zoho MarketingHub via import from CSV? I have 2 forms: 1. Salons - with the fields "Name" and "Area" 2. Sales - with the fields "Date", "Name" and "Area" The "Name" field in the Sales form is a lookup from Salons. I need a script that will autopopulate the "Area" field in the Sales form, with the related area from the Salons report, whenever someone selects the "Name" field in the Sales form.

Hi Team, I am new to zoho and need some inputs. Please share some pointers as how to get the billing & shipping address details from a zoho sales order. The sales order contains billing_address_id and shipping_address_id, so need to fetch the details and populate billing and shipping address in the custom function in zoho flow so that I can create order in shipstation as soon as a sales order is created in zoho. Sorting Numbers Problem
When sorting numbers in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet, it does not sort properly. It should sort numbers like this: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20. BUT it sorts it like this: 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 ,2, 20, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. See screenshots of Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet.

Cannot create an invoice (or do any Zoho Books stuff)
I upgraded from a Trial to the full version of Zoho One this morning (not sure if that matters, but I thought I would mention it). I am currently having issues with the Zoho Books integration in Zoho Desk. Whenever I click the Books link in the ticket or try to create an invoice, I get an Internal Error pop up. Has anyone else encountered this?
The second and third tiers of folders are not being displayed on the KB main article page
We have utilized all of the subfolder tiers on our KB article folder structure and placed our articles into the 3. tier (sub-sub-folder). When the user navigates into the main Knowledgebase page of a specific department then the system doesn't display the second tier (sub-folder) and the third tier (sub-sub-folder) of the folders on the page. Hello - I have been following the instructions for email authentication for Zoho Campaigns but it does not work. I can't seem to understand why as we have been authenticating a couple of the other zoho apps and they worked out fine.

Allow for different subscription levels
We have an external sales force. We currently use CRM Plus internally. I would love it if we could add our external sales rep to our CRM but to pay $50 a month for each user when they are only using one module is not cost effective. Hello, I tried to configure bank feeds for my bank in Spain, but I didn't find any spanish bank in the list. Even the EC banks don't appear in the list of supported banks. loose notes outside of a notebook
I came from Google Keep where your notes where not grouped by notebook so i do love that principle. But on the other hand the ability to create a note on the fly and not first selecting a notbook had it's advantages. I'm trying to integrate asterisk on CRM. Downloaded the Phonebridge adapter and got 'UnknownHostException' while installing the adapter. I don't understand what this error means. ZohoSDK Api v2 C# - Connect to CRM
Hello Zoho, I'm currently testing out the ZohoSDK API v2. I've managed to connect to the CRM and have been able to get some details from the CRM or insert a Lead into the CRM. So far so good. However, to get this to work, I need to use the https://accounts.zoho.eu/developerconsole to generate a grant Token and paste this is my code. This gives me back an accessToken and a refreshToken. I don't want my endusers to have to do this .. ever, because it's troublesome and cumbersome. I have 2 questions:
Removed Extension - Fields remain (Dropbox)
I had Dropbox installed to ZohoCRM, but after I removed the extension in Marketplace it left it's ugly scars - the Dropbox fields still remain in all of my modules. I tried installing again, but it seems to add additional fields I.e "Dropbox ID" stays but adds "Dropbox ID0". Is there a way to manually remove these?
