Zoho Books Chart of Accounts in Creator
Dear support, I've been trying to import Accounts from Zoho Books Chart of Accounts into a new Zoho Creator app, as the main base data for this new app. I know I could export accounts (from Chart of Acounts) from Zoho Books, import in Zoho Creator for the new app ... but this solution needs human action to sync Books/Creator data ... Is it possible to import Zoho Books Chart of Accounts to Zoho Creator?? Thanks in advance. Regards.
Custom Leave Form For Holiday
Hi, this is what I need to do. Be able to have a custom leave form that is used when a person selects a particular leave type. This custom form will restrict the leave request to specific date and times for leave requests. (see below) For instance Employee requests Christmas shopping leave type, (we have a leave type of Christmas shopping set for 1/2 day) Each staff is given .5 days for this leave type. We set expiry to only allow it in the month of December Employees can only request this 1/2 day

Create E-mail from custom module with lots of data
We have a custom module to capture the specifications for a RFQ to be sent to our vendors. THe module collects a lot of data mostly in check box form. This data is then used to tell vendor the specs for the tool they bid on. Is there or what is the best way to create an e-mail from a module record with this data "already completed" to send the to vendors to bid the RFQ?

Hi, this is for an education CRM. Customers should fill which courses they did previously. So, the point should be a section with "name of the course", "where" and "when". Once filled, if they need it they can click "add more" and the section is duplicated so they could add in there more courses. How could I solve this? Thank you very much!
Autofill Lookup Field OnLoad
Hi, I'm trying to set a lookup field (Form B) to autofill with the most recent value from a string field in Form A. I can get the lookup to autofill OnLoad when I link it to a system field (e.g. ID), however, it doesn't appear to do the same when using a user-defined field. For example, the script: "input.Lookup_Field = Form_A[Added_User = zoho.loginuser].ID sort by Added_Time desc;" works perfectly, but "input.Lookup_Field = Form_A[Added_User = zoho.loginuser].String_Field sort by Added_Time
Different form with different from's properties format and workflow script event
I am playing with the point of sales app now and found out one of the form (add stock) not able to add successful added message, i tried to use workflow event to do that but the workflow event "on success" nowhere to be found. others form was fine though..i can only see on load and on user input event. anyone can shed some light? thanks, Jeff

Autofill Terms and Condition based on List
Hey, we have certain Conditions based on the licence type. As we need to adapt them, depending on many circumstances, we have a "predefined" version, which should appear, as soon as the sales person chooses which licence type the quote is for. So I added a "Licene Type" list. Now, when licence "a" is chosen, the "terms and condition" should be autofilled with a predefined text, but should be editable. When "b" is chosen, is should be another text and so on. How can i do it? BW

I'm using the PHP SDK and yesterday I could successfully lookup a record using the lead's phone number and retrieve the Zoho ID from this record. Today I am running the same code and returning nothing. I thought perhaps there was an issue with my access token, so I renewed it, but still no response. I have a try catch statement wrapped around the call to the searchRecordsByPhone, but even this generates nothing.

Linking a Zoho Project that I access via the Client Portal, to my own Zoho CRM
As the title asks, when I try to link Zoho Projects to Contacts and Accounts in Zoho CRM, I only see Projects in my own Portal in the list. I don't see Projects where I am a Client Portal User - is this expected? And is this on your roadmap? Thanks!
Issues with Zoho Mail application for macOS Mojave
I' facing 2 distinct issues with Zoho Mail app on my Macbook Air running macOS Mojave. 1. It always requires me to login twice in my zoho mail app. 2. After login, the app loads a mobile like view instead of adapting to the viewport. Also the window can't be maximized or stretched.

Hello, We have been trying very hard to work on docs.zoho.com, esp. spreadsheets. The page is very slow and reacts after many seconds (sometimes takes over minute as well). We are unable to copy-paste data, scroll below and perform basic tasks that we expect the sheet to do. Can you please let us know what the problem is? Thanks!

I want to add a new field URL to my contact page. When I try I get this error. Maximum field limit reached. Only 15 custom fields can be created for your edition. Please upgrade to Higher Editions, or remove the extra fields and delete them permanently from Unused Fields to create new fields. Books should warn users when bank credentials stop working
If Books has stopped syncing, please give us a nice big message (or pop-up) we cannot miss. This way if there are any charges that should not be there, they would be more likely to be caught immediately. A big warning is standard in Xero and QuickBooks.

I'm using Zoho Analytics to report on a few combinations of items that relate to Accounts (CRM) being associated with Tickets (desk) and Projects (projects). For example, I have an account in CRM "ABC Corp" and in CRM I've linked a project from ZProjects "ABC Project." I would like to be able to create a report that shows me how much time I've logged for the Account across all of their linked projects and helpdesk tickets, however I can't seem to find the one-to-many key fields that make this type
Reply To Address Defaults to the Alert Address
Hello, I am using Zoho Desk, and when someone hits 'Reply All' on a ticket, the default email address is going to the Alert Address. This makes it difficult for customers trying to reach out to us. Zoho Connection problem in public areas
I would like to ask you a general question regarding the access of Zoho in public places like restaurants, coffee shops etc. Me and my colleagues when we work in this kind of public places (with our laptops) in most cases we cannot open the Zoho Platform (Mail, CRM etc.). It returns 'This site is not reachable'. But when we are connected with our mobile data then we can open the sites. Quite strange? I think it is not a wifi problem in these shops. How do I assign a value to a drop down field choice?
I am using a drop down field to record the status/outcome of a record and need to assign a value depending on which status is chosen. If the status is Sold, Proposal or Cancelled, I need the value to be 1, or if the status is Assigned or Reset, I need to value to be 0. This value will be input into another field in this form, which will be summed and used in a pivot report.

Custom Session Join from Existing Membership System
Hi All, We are currently exploring ShowTime as a replacement for our existing web conferencing system. Love the features so far. One question regarding session registrations. We currently have an existing membership portal and would like to be able to pass logged in members into a ShowTime session. We would have access to first name, last name and email address from our existing profile information. "Previous" and "Next" Buttons
I have a series of pages on my website with "previous" and "next" buttons at the bottom of the page. When I preview the site in "desktop mode" I get the look I want. The previous button is to the left and the next button is to the right. However, when I preview the site in tablet or smartphone mode the layout changes and the previous button is on top of the next button. How do I achieve the look of the desktop previous across all viewing platforms? Thanks, Steven
