Why no emails in the Cases module?
Why is it not possible to associate emails with cases? Is it not designed to be a ticket management module? If it is possible to link contacts to a module, it should follow that you will send emails to those contacts that pertain to that module. Cases should link with emails, and then there should be a column for emails related to cases in the SalesInbox

Creator - sharing information with my team
Hi, something I can't figure out before deciding to proceed further with Creator for my Bookings system is - my challenge is that I want 3 or 4 of my team to have licenses to create and edit within Creator..but I also want to be able to share reports / data with my larger team (60 people) - I won't bother if I have to buy a license for each viewer. Can my wider team view Creator output (booking information) on the mobile devices without having licenses?
Auto upload of CSV file

Feedback widget looks horrible
I just added the feedback widget as a test.... What a horrible looking addon is this. What is wrong with it? This is straight out of the box. Breadcrumbs are broken and useless
When you work with a single department, the hierarchy is kind weird. Why does is it need to show knowledge base as a link in the breadcrumbs? That makes no sense at all. Anotherpoint is that the breadcrumbs last child is the only one clickable. While normally this one should not be clickable because that is the current page you are one. Left TOC menu doesnt work properly
I noticed that the left menu can be folded open and close. However when you click on a 2nd level nothing shows in the right panel when it also has a 3 level In the screenshot you "Opmaak & Bestanden" but when i click this while im in the section "Producten & Materialen" Nothing happens. Zoho says "Put customer service at the heart of your company."; but it doesn't seem to do that. They also have a live chat plugin that they don't use, at least I haven't found a way to contact the support team via chat. They should provide better support for their customers.

we are using Zoho Reports with data from Zoho desk. I am trying to create a dashboard that will show me the total time from the TIME ENTRY data per account. I see you have several resolution time or calculations that are for calculating time between ticket open and ticket close but I am looking to find out how much time we spent on each ticket or per account.

Hi there, hope anyone can help me. Its great that you can set actions for emails sent out of Zoho CRM, like when a recipient opens an email or clicks on a link, or when it's rejected. But what about email actions for emails that get no response? Managing, rearranging & deleting sub sections in the knowledge base deletes my articles
I was rearranging my knowledge base yesterday and i didnt new that Categories stands for departments. So i tried ordering all better to make more sense. When i delete some sub-sections i lost a couple articles which were in a sub-section of that. Is this a know issue? I lost quite some time due to this because the text editor is horrible to work with

Can NOT Attach files via Cloud services
