Direct Publishing on Instagram is here!

Likers, taggers, re-grammers! Gather around, we come bearing good news. One that deserves a big red heart button on it. 

We recently told you that we're working on making Instagram a whole lot better for you. Well, it's official! Zoho Social now supports direct publishing for Instagram. You can now schedule and publish posts to Instagram business profiles, right from your Zoho Social web app itself. Woohoo!




And what does this mean for you? So much less drama. 

No more clicking on multiple devices to get your post up. No more toggling between your mobile and your computer. No more three-step process involving scheduling in one place, waiting for a push notification and posting from another. None of that. It's all going to be done from your web app, we promise.

If you've not signed up for an Instagram Business account, go to your settings right away and make a quick-switch. Because the direct publishing feature is currently only available for business profiles on Instagram. 

We know many of you have been asking for this feature, so we encourage you to make the switch to a Business account and enable this right away. If in case you wish to retain your personal account and not make a switch, you can always use our work-around to publish and schedule posts via Zoho Social. 

Once you've set up your business account, it's an easy process from there. Go to your Zoho Social web (or mobile) app and hit  New Post  like you normally would. Now all you have to do is hit post directly, after typing your text and uploading your image. It will be directly published onto your Instagram feed, instantaneously!   Direct publishing also brings you easy Scheduling. The good news is - you no longer have to toggle between two devices to schedule a post anymore, with this either. Phew!

Yes, it can all be done right from your web browser or the mobile app, if you prefer that. You can now plan and schedule your Instagram posts for a date/time in the future.

Instagram for businesses also offers a slew of other features for businesses, which Zoho Social lets you explore and utilize optimally. You can now post targeted content to your Instagram audience, get analytics and schedule updates all from a single publishing window.
