No header and footer for standard templates
Hi, Just working to design a new inventory template. When trying to change one of the standard template, the template editor is still the 'old' one with no possibility to create header and footer. Is there any possibility to edit them with the 'new ' template editor ? thanks
KPI Widget - last 7 days sales vs same period last year
Hello I cannot work out how to display the sum of my sales for the previous 7 days with the same 7 day period a year ago so I can see whether sales this year are up on the same period last year. I suspect my issue is due to the "Group By" option, which I've currently got set to Week & Year. This will look at the current week of this year, and compare to the same week number last year, but this doesn't make sense to us because unless we're viewing the KPI widget on the 7th day of the week, the

Sheet sharing limitations
Hi, Setup a spreadsheet to share. Tried to share with another email and get the error "you organisation policy doesn't allow you to share with the below user" and "To continue sharing please contact administrator" I am the administrator as far as I can see. I am using the free version. It says allows up to 25 user ? Why wont it let me share with more than 5 ? In my organisation profile has the Organisation Name I set, Me as the super admin. Plan free Number of Licences up to 25. Am I missing something

I can not use Zoho SMTP. I created my account a few days ago and until today I could not use it. In all 3 plugins I've tried an error appears. And now I complained about the hosting and they said that in the log says my Zoho account is suspended and that's why I can not. Please help me! Lead Source Changed on Web Form
I have a few forms up on our website. The "Lead Source" field is hidden and auto populated with "Web Research" as the value. Over the weekend I had a lead come from one of my forms with the Source value as "Advertisement." The lead was bogus and SPAM. But I do not understand how my Lead Source value was changed. I've gone and checked all the source code of the forms and nothing seems to be wrong. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?

Dealing with ticket history of contact who left company
Are there any best practices for handling the ticket history of a contact who is no longer with the account? I would like to delete the contact but retain the tickets in the account. One thought I had was to create a fake contact under the account called "Former Employee" or something and merging each person who left with that contact. Over time Former Employee would basically become a dumping ground for all tickets from people who had left. Any other suggestions?

So, I have a unique problem here... Everytime I send an email to anyone, I always get a copy in my inbox. I want to stop this from happening seeing as how I don't need it to send me copies but I can't find a setting anywhere for it. Hey folks - ever since my company joined Zoho,every time I receive an email through outlook I get TWO copies of it. I also get my own email back in my Inbox whenever I send one as well. Custom Button to Populate Date Field
Completely new to Zoho, and am just starting to get my feet wet with custom buttons and scripts. So apologies in advance for the n00b question, but I've been pouring over documentation and the forum and just can't find the answer I'm looking for. Likely because it's that basic.
