Email Template Enhancement
It would be a nice feature to have certain auto fields populated in emails and save them as templates. For e.g., we would create something like: Dear <First Name, Last Name>, Here is our status report for the week <today_date>. The First Name and Last Name will be picked up from the "To" field of the email compose window (whatever name first appears in the To). I believe this should be a relatively easy implementation.
does calendar.zoho.com support LDAP for contact sync on apple (imac/mbp)?
Apparently you had planned to add CARDdav support a few years ago. Has that happened? I am successfully using CalDAV sync for calendar on iMac. LDAP is a contact sync option. Does zoho support that?
Not Receiving Emails
Hello, I've been able to receive some emails but not all. I'm unsure what i'd suppose to do in this situation. Could someone please get back to me? This will be my second attempt at resolving this issue. I've pointed my mx records at zoho, and its been a few weeks, so DNS has defiantly updated by now. Regards, Red

The "chat" at the bottom right of ZOHO CRM - is that supposed to be internal among users or is it supposed to be some sort of external? We are experimenting with how to communicate internally. :) also if i use @name to tag someone in the feed or a comment, is there anyway to get a notification in zoho or just an email? It would be great if there was a way we could rate our clients in the CRM for internal purposes! I.e. Star ratings or smilies - similar to how you rate feedback after chatting with us Companies like Uber have adopted this kind of technique. It just helps users gauge how reliable a client is / how good the experience has been in the past :)

Where can I see my login URL?
I'm using Mail hosting on Zoho Mail. But I forgot the login URL for my domain. So, where can I see the curent setting for login URL of my domain on the Zoho Mail control panel? ....And, I know the URL of my old another domain. That is tailing with "?rd=examplecom.business.zoho.com". So I tried to login with replacing "examplecom" to my domain name without periods. Report showing all sales order line items?
I need a report which shows each line item from sales orders for our production planning. I don't want it to show the invoice, just line items so we can order it by date and see what is on order. Not a report of sales orders- we don't need to see or get distracted by the orders themselves, we just need a listing of each item on order independent of the sales order. Matrix multiple choice : Can the customer delete his/her choice?
Hi, As we are testing our survey, we noticed that it is not possible to double click on the dot of a column/row in order to delete it. In that sense when a customer fill the form, it is not possible to delete the answer from the moment that there is a clic. Is there any way of enable a function to make that possible ? Otherwise, is there any other way to create multiple matrix that integrate that issue ? Thank you! Julie
Email Exchange no longer working on iOS
Hi Team, Had email address jay{(at})buildyourdynasty.{com].au in my iPhone syncing contacts. I had to reset my iPhone and now I am unable to link this email back via exchange. The email can be added via imap; however I don't need this - I simply need the exchange sync to sync the contacts. How can this be setup again? The error being received is: "Unable to verify account details"

Every time I try to send email from my remote server through smtp connection it says "dial tcp 204.141.32.118:587: getsockopt: connection timed out". But it works fine on my local server. Could it be because they're both located in different countries? Setting: host: smtp.zoho.com port: 587/465 using username and password
Grand Total not showing on the estimate

Bill payment terms in Inventory (vs Books)
When a bill is entered in Zoho Books one can select payment term (ie Net 30) and the due date is claculated. I often create the bill in Inventory (rather than Books) after having received items. In Inventory there is no option to select a payment term, you have to enter a due date. I would like to request the feature to add payment terms to Inventory to make it more consistent with Books as well as easier to enter. Thanks, -Tom
Google Docs Integration
I love the integration capabilities of Zoho Forms with Google Docs. A question though, when attaching files to a Zoho form and submitting, with Google Docs integration, where 'are' the file attachments stored on the Google side? In other words, I can open the target Sheet in Drive and see the various URL links to the documents stored in Drive 'somewhere', but I don't see them in the files list, or in their own folder in the target account. Where are those files and under what security context

Custom URL isn't working
Hi, I recently setup a CNAME record and followed all of the instructions to set up a custom url for my website (mail.activefitnesstamworth.com.au). As the configuration usually takes awhile, I waited 24H before I checked it and unfortunately it's still not working. I did a DNS check on the custom url and it says that it points to 8.40.222.59, which seems to be your server. The result also resulted in a bad glue detection on the url and refers back to the same server (8.40.222.59). On top of that

Fetch Value from dropdown within Subform
Hi, I am new to zoho creator and not sure about how to do the following with deluge script . In the Point of Sale application and I want to auto calculate the "Expiry Date" of each item added within the subform based on the invoice date. Not receiving e-mail after updating MX records
Yesterday in my account (not the one I am writing from) an alert told me that I probably wasn't receiving mails because my MX records were not pointing to zoho. I then deleted the old MX records (mx.zohomail.com and mx2.zohomail.com) and created new MX records, as suggested (mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com). After some 40h I am still not receiving e-mails. What happened? This is very important
Working uploadFile example anywhere
Hi everyone, I saw a lot of posts concerning the uploadFile method for the Zoho CRM API, all of them saying it doesn't work quite well. Now I can't believe that this would in fact be broken since all those years (some posts dated back from 3 years ago). Does anyone has a working example of how to use the uploadFile method ? Preferably, it would be in C# since this is the language I'm coding in, but anything that is working would help me with this. Thanks in advance, Bruno
