Hello Tech @ zoho, We are now frustrated by doing the same things without desired output. What is the point of using CRM when the first line of action by email is not attractive enough to draw leads attention all our work is useless.... 1. The Email template is having so limited option that all creativity goes down the drains... we cannot design template according to our company requirements. As html code is not fully supported... secondaly social network links can not be inserted in our email templates
Ability to link Zapier and other 3rd party functions to custom modules
It would be ideal for my business to link software such as Zaiper to custom modules and not just 'leads' etc. Would this be something Zoho will look into?
All Day Event View

How to add more fields to an existing form which respondents have filled already
Hi All, I recently created a form where I received over 100 entries. I need to create another form which is to be filled by the same audience except that this time I just need to get some additional information like their date of birth and wedding anniversary? actually am just adding 3 new fields to the existing form. No Start After or Duration in Project Template
I spent hours setting up a project just right and made a Project template from it. I open the template and there is nothing in the "Start After" or the Duration fields for any of the tasks. I have at least one other Project template that does have values in these fields. What am I doing wrong?
How can I delete email alias?
I can´t find a solution how I delete Email alias on a mail account. I have for the moment a Zoho email as alias and this is the first email-adress when I write a new email. I want to take this away and have my own primary adress as default. I have registered it as primary, but the other one is first.

Is there a way I can deduplicate by partial name?
I'm wondering if there's a macro / rule I can set up to deduplicate clients by partial name? Sometimes when people are entering clients themselves they are forgetting things like Pty Ltd on the end of client names, so 2 client organisations are created that are actually the same.
Group Email - Sender Bounces
Hi, When I send and email to the group email "committee@pawsandclawsadoptions.com.au" from my personal account "xyx@xyz.com" where "xyx@xyz.com" is part of the group email. I always get a notification that cannot be delivered to its recipients "xyx@xyz.com" Is there anything I can do to stop these emails being bounced? I should end up with a copy of the email I sent to the committee in my inbox.... Thanks

Task Description Open by Default
With the new layout the task description is collapsed by default. This is causing issues with our team missing important details that are included in the description. I think it would be ideal if the description was visible by default, or if this would be available as an option in the Setup screen.

How to update a specific field of many invoices in one go?
It so happened that I have uploaded multiple invoices via import invoice option & entered payments for each of them. Missed to specify the Item type as service and its now configured as goods instead of service. Chagned the item type to service in the Items but that did not change anything in the invoices uploaded earlier. Now don't want to edit each envoice individually as he total is above 300. How to rectify the same. It's for only one type of item and that too for only one vendor invoice. Please
Not able to change a report to spreadsheet format
I have a report that I'm trying to convert into a spreadsheet format, so that fields can be edited from the report screen in one click. However, I'm not getting the view I'm expecting (see screenshots) – i.e. the report is still uneditable unless you click into an individual record screen. Any ideas why?

I'm new to Zoho Projects and I'm trying to figure out the best way to use Task Lists. I've noticed that sometimes tasks are shown grouped by their Task List and other times they are shown with no grouping. When do you decide to use a task list instead of sub tasks?

Willing to pay for app
Hi, I mainly use ZoHo notebook on my desktop and laptop. I would be willing to pay for notebook (even if it is a cheaper rate while the software is being developed) if that would help speed up feature development. It would also justify requests for a paid product rather than a free product. The core of the software is much, much better from a user interface (UI) perspective then Evernote ever was.

incoming mails delayed 20 minutes
i use my personal mails send a few test mails to my zoho mail, the first mail received after 20 minutes, and other are lost. I can send mails but can't received please fix it, thanks!

Hi One of the features I use extensively in the modules Zoho CRM is Attachments. I use it in the Leads, Contacts, Cases, Campaigns, Solutions. I use it heavily and really like it. I'm baffled that Zoho Reports doesn't have this feature. Or am I missing something? I am relatively new to Projects so maybe I'm not aware of it. Are there plans to add it? Or could you add it to the feature requests? Thanks

Can't move cursor location by double click
I am not technical so please forgive me if I do not use the proper terms. I am having an issue where I can no longer double click in the body of an email and get my cursor to move to that location. I am only able to move the cursor by using the arrow keys. It will also no longer allow me to highlight sections of my text for deleting and etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, for the past days almost all of my emails to any email address ending with @gnu.org are delayed, and some of them bounce. At least one other Zoho user has the same problem (unlike me the user does not use domain hosting). I contacted sysadmin@gnu.org and they told me that there is no problem on their end. Updating Application/Patch
I have two zoho creator application 1 is the original and 2 is the duplicate. 1. The original application will be used by others by sharing to them the permission to used. 2. The duplicate one is for me to change or to update the application.
