How to always and only send Email as IMAP user?
I need to send an email from outllook OR from within crm and have crm treat either method as the same "Sent From"....either "IMAP Shared User" or "Email Sent From CRM." When I click the email address that appears in Contact List View, it spawns Outlook...this is fine. When I click the "Send Email" link from within the Email section of the Contact record it spawns the Zoho email editor/sender. Option to rename Print -> Print as Record Summary
I think it would be a nice feature to be able to set a different name for print dropdown in reports. So far we have "print as Record Summary" but it would be nice to our end users to have "Print Invoice" or "Print confirmation" instead. Easier to remember what it is for and to distinguish from "Print as Summary". Next thing would be to allow to hide "Print as Summary" as I think it is rarely used.

Rejected Emails not being seen by Sender
Emails sent from within ZOHO CRM are not being sent to the originating sender. We have tested this and find that if you send an email that is to an address that is misspelled or not existing, then there is no notification to the sender. The sender assumes all emails in the CRM are valid when they are not. It is imperative we know when an email bounces back in order to maintain a clean database. Interaction with Mac running Windows programs
