Group Calendar for IOS / CalDav
Hello, When syncing my Zoho calendar to my iPhone, I am only able to see my personal calendar. Unfortunately, all of my events are saved on a team "Group Calendar". How can I add this? Thank you, Marc
Inputting our Expenses has changed
I add expenses for our team. In the past (just a few days ago), I was able to upload a receipt after I clicked ADD NEW EXPENSE and input the data. Today, there is no option to upload a receipt. Also, when trying to correct some entries from July, I am now no longer able to preview a receipt. What and why has this all changed?

Hello. I have been received the alert that my spf isn't set up correctly. I use zoho mail and mail chimp exclusively for emails. If you look at the spf entry for my site: watercolortutor.com, You will see I have consolidated my spf entries for hostgator and zoho into one record. Hi, I am trying to create a frame work where I enter the details and trying to take the print out using Record Summary. However, in record summary formats, how to alter the block sizes. Example: I insert Paragraph it is sitting in the whole width of the window. I want the paragraph to sit in one part of the window. Hi, I have recently upgraded from Free to Professional. Free version i had 1 Agent and one Administrator, now when i view the Agents my Administrator is deactived and cannot be activated? I can no longer create support administrators, it tells me my license is exceeded. Do i need to pay $12 per Agent,Admin,and Custom? Thanks

Hi Are you able to link a workflow email to the Record it is associated with if the workflows are being sent to Users? I am trying to create a custom related list for contacts on the accounts module. Instead of showing one contact list under the accounts module I would like to show two. One would be active contacts and the other inactive. I have a custom field on each contact which is checked if active and unchecked if they are not. DNS manager not available for Paid Plan
we need DNS manager access for some alternations in SIte settings. We have also purchases Standard plan of Rs.6000/- per year which was conveyed to us as requirement and that free plan can not have DNS manager. But still, we are not able to view those settings? How can we proceed? Why I am not able to view those settings even after upgrading the plan?
User Role Privileges
The lowest role we can set for a user is a contractor in Zoho projects. But that user can see his tasks as well as tasks of rest of the project team members. We don't want him to see tasks of other team members except his own. So, my question is how to limit a user to see his own tasks - not others? One of our projects contains sensitive/private information which we don't want our new employee/contractor to see such project information. Hello All, Actually i have a main form-Purchase Order and a subform in it-Purchase_subform which includes Products,Price,Quantity and Total field. Now i am entering the products in the subform alongwith the price and quantity for multiple products. I want to calculate the total quantity of each and every product sold in the subform in this month for all the Purchase Order records of this month. How to I include a title or caption for a demographic question??
There is an option for demographics where you can select fields such as "Name", "Phone", etc. that we want to use in a survey. However, with this survey question type, there does not seem to be a way to include a title/caption.
