Hosted Pages- redirecting even when three unsuccessful tried to may the payment.
Hi Support, API document says that the user will be redirected to specified redirect_url only when payment is successful but it is redirecting to "redirect_url" after 3 continues payment fails as well and customers are thinking that their payment was successful. How do we handle this? redirect_url = It specifies the url to which the customer will be redirected after successful transaction.
Is there an add-emails feature, like Bcc Dropbox feature, without having to send an email to a contact?
We're new to Zoho, so maybe we just need training? Bcc Dropbox is great, but I can't find any way to add an incoming email to a contact record without responding to the incoming email and Bccing. It's frustrating not being able to go back in time and add important emails to our contact records. No offense, but SalesForce has an "Add Email" button, so where's your button? Help!

Hi, I'm curious. I saw "department/getalldepartments" which returns all active departments under a given portal. However, I don't see any documentation for it. Is it safe to use to query all department names? Any issues?
Attachement in apps not working

Allow users to see eachother Leads but dont allow them to send Emails to them
Hi I have an issue with one of my users. We allow everyone to see each other's Leads/Contacts etc. And they can also see their emails sent from Zoho. Is there a way to NOT ALLOW them to send either Individual nor Mass emails to other people leads. this has happened by mistake several times and the leads get confused. I want everyone to keep seeing other people leads, but to stop them from sending emails to them.

Zoho Reports Sync failure with Zoho Projects and Incorrect data displayed
Hello, We have created a report for Zoho Projects in Zoho Reports to give us results for the users Overdue, Today and upcoming Tasks. We have a total of 5 users. Selecting each user in the User Filter allows us to see the tasks and take a print accordingly for each user.. Since today morning, the user filter shows only 2 users. Unable to remove secondary email address, but, I'm the Super Admin. Why isn't it working?
I have tried so many ways and times to remove the secondary email account on my user account. I keep getting a message to contact the adminstrator, even though I am the Super Admin. How can I resolve?
automatic report having only 2000 row even in csv
Hi, When I run a planned report, I obtain a csv with only 2000 rows. however, when I run it on the portal, I obtain all the 3800 lines in the csv. Why is there a difference between the two? Zoho Recruit API fails when job title is in Japanese
Hello, I'm having a problem to retrieve job descriptions when job title is in Japanese. I've tried both formats (xml and json) and both of them returns NULL or empty values. When trying to retrieve data from a job opening which either is fully English, or title in English and description in Japanese, everything works fine. This bug is breaking the website! Over the past few months I have submitted NUMEROUS support tickets, posted on the forum and sent direct support emails to zoho - NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY to any of them. I have had paid accounts with Zoho (several apps) for several years, and was always very impressed with the fast response from support, but the current complete lack of support or even response will prompt me to look for alternatives to Zoho Has Zoho changed hands, because both your services and support have really gone down hill lately.

Newbee here trying to make an app for the local library system. Is there any advice on how to allow users to do reviews of products that other users can see. Like in Amazon you can see how many stars other users gave a product and their reviews. Displaying parent form fields in sub-form report
Hi, EXAMPLE I have a parent form call 'Sites'. I have a sub-form called 'Equipment'. The equipment form is a sub-form of the sites form. Each site can have multiple equipment. 1. Is it possible to display parent form fields in a sub-form report. Without having a lookup field to the parent form. I'd like to see what equipment belongs to what site in the equipment report. If that can't happen 2. I'd like to automatically set the 'Site name' for the subform as the parent form site name. Is this possible.

Pages: How to set report parameter for a decision box?
I am setting up a page what is showing a report. To filter elements by default there is the option to set parameters like: params='Name=John&&Doe'This will show all lines, where the field "Name" contains "John Doe". But how to search for the value of a decision box? I have tried: params='Booked=Yes' and params='Booked=true' but this doesn't have any effect. I receive always all available lines. Any idea?
